Online Buchung und APP total einfach zu handhaben, auch für uns 50+ ler :), Räumlichkeiten sind super sauber und modern, alles was man braucht, steht zur Verfügung (Rollwagen, Van, Hinweistafeln, ...), total hilfsbereites Personal, alles PERFEKT!
 Great warehouse, moved in yesterday, completely exceeded our expectations. Online booking and APP very easy to handle, even for us 50+ people :), the rooms are super clean and modern, everything you need is available (trolleys, van, information boards, ...), totally helpful staff, everything PERFECT!

The whole process of booking a storage room can be done electronically, and the whole process is done within an hour. Moreover the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, an operator speaking my native language called me immediately after the booking was confirmed to check if everything is ok, gave detailed directions and advice, and had no problem with me calling for assistance even late in the evening after working hours.
The building is huge, very accessible, and very straightforward. The storages are clean, under camera surveillance, there is wifi available... I really cannot say even one thing negative about the place and the service.

It is totally automated means no man power required, you need to download an application through which you can have access to the doors/entrance. On ground floor you can get trollies where you need to put the stuff and then take it to your store room through lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience there.! I was moving my stuff from Graz to Vienna and made a reservation for 3-4 weeks. Before my time ended i took all my stuff from there. After 1 week when I see my bank account they renewed automatically my reservation without asking or knowing. You speak with Customer support and they act like it was something normal and they don’t have the refund policy. So think better when you decide to go to their store.
