Dabei hieß es, dass die Kosten von mir nur dann übernommen werden müssten, wenn es mein Fehler ist - das war es nicht, erhielt jedoch trotzdem eine hohe Rechnung! Der Wunsch zur Absprache und zu einem Lösungsversuch wurde nach einem 2-minütigen Telefongespräch durch eine Büromitarbeiterin beendet. Ich hab meinen Sachverhalt ganz neutral erklärt und wurde von der besagten Dame sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Als ich am Ende antworten wollte, hieß es nur „Die Rechnung stimmt!“ und sie legte auf. Eine derartige Inkompetenz und Unhöflichkeit gegenüber Kunden habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Termine in 3Wochen. Heute 15min vor Gechäftsschluss Firma Mück angerufen.15min später war der Installateur da. Behob den Schaden in kürzester Zeit vollständig. Dabei schon beim Telefonkontakt und vor Ort sehr freundlich. Erklärte mir immer genau was er tat. Sehr kompetent. Bin begeistert und werde die Firma Mück weierempfehlen und wieder beauftragen. Danke für das herausragende Service. Heating Friday: a defective valve began to flood our basement drop by drop. Not a single plumber in Perchtoldsdorf wanted / could come. Appointments in 3 weeks. Called Mück today 15 minutes before closing time, the plumber was there 15 minutes later. Fixed the damage completely in no time. Very friendly even when making contact with the phone and on site. Always explained to me exactly what he was doing. Very competent. I am enthusiastic and will recommend the Mück company and commission it again. Thanks for the outstanding service.
