L	Lukas Bogner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die teils negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Oft wird von einer zu hohen Datenübertragungspauschale gesprochen. Dies ist doch (mehr oder weniger) nichts anderes als eine Servicepauschale - zum Selbstkostenpreis kann ein Printshop denn natürlich nicht drucken. Ich persönlich finde den Preis mehr als angemessen und komme gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer Motiviert und versuchen das Beste für den Kunden herauszuholen, habe ich auch schon anders bei der Konkurrenz erlebt. I cannot understand the partly negative reviews. There is often talk of a data transfer fee that is too high. This is (more or less) nothing more than a flat-rate service fee - a print shop cannot print at cost price, of course. Personally, I think the price is more than reasonable and I would love to come back. The employees are always motivated and try to get the best out of the customer, something I have already seen differently with the competition.

LG Friendly and quick implementation, only the price is steep - I paid 8 euros for 7 sheets of paper (color), which I find rather expensive. LG
P	Paul K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehe seit Jahren gelegentlich hierher um Sachen zu scannen oder zu drucken. Es funktioniert immer alles schnell, unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Frau Jugl ist dabei immer freundlich, kompetent, man merkt einfach dass Sie sich auskennt mit ihrer Arbeit. Dass sich hier Leute tatsächlich darüber aufregen ein paar Cent (!!!) mehr für ihre Kopien zu zahlen ist in meinen Augen lächerlich. Have been going here occasionally for years to scan or print things. Everything always works quickly, easily and without problems. Ms. Jugl is always friendly, competent, you can easily tell that she is familiar with her work. That people here actually get upset about paying a few cents (!!!) more for their copies is ridiculous in my eyes.

A	Aleksy Matukiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally do not recommend it. I got charged extra 1 euro for simply having my pendrive inserted to their PC so I could print my stuff there. The best thing is that such fee is nowhere to be found on their website so either the entire net/company is dishonest towards their customers with hidden fees or they hire staff that rips people off.
O	Osvaldo Yamamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 100 percent recommended. The team is very efficient, they are receptive, know how to listen and always get me exactly what I need in time. I also think it's a really good added value that they have people talking so many languages in there. Very happy with this print shop.

Yes you get your prints, but the service is some of the worst in Vienna and I end up leaving in such a bad mood. Negative vibes, very unfriendly, no effort to assist or advise, quite grumpy. Anywhere else
