Jeder aber, der effektive Methoden kennen lernen will um mit seinem Geist zu arbeiten, hat hier alles was man braucht - einen verwirklichten Lehrer und eine aktive lustige Gruppe die ihn repräsentiert. Well done. Great group with a lot of knowledge - if you want to relax or confuse Buddhism with yoga or even esotericism, this is not the place for you. But everyone who wants to get to know effective methods to work with his mind has everything you need here - a accomplished teacher and an active fun group that represents him. Well done.

I asked of I could sit in an empty room but was told no and to come back after 3 hours. Maybe London bhuddist centres work differently and on more bhuddist principles
