Offensichtlich hasst er Ausländer - sonst kann ich es mir nicht erklären, weil ich mit ihm nur höfflich kommuniziert habe. Lächerlich, ich glaub in dieser Branche ist Wettbewerb sehr groß, ums Eck gibts ein anderes Copy center... Bin selber woanders gegangen und komme nie wieder. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Very unfriendly gentleman, the whole time I had the feeling that he must lose his cherished time with me. He obviously hates foreigners - otherwise I can't explain it to myself because I only communicated politely with him. Ridiculous, I think there is a lot of competition in this industry, there is another copy center around the corner ... I went somewhere else myself and will never come back. Absolutely not recommendable!

In der Sekunde wo ich reingekommen bin, wurde ich angeschnauzt und niedergemacht (Wie kann ich nicht wissen, wie man den Drucker benützt). Würde lieber wieder meine Arbeiten mit der Hand schreiben als wieder zu ihm zu gehen. The rudest person there is. The second I walked in, I was snapped at and cut down (how can I not know how to use the printer). Would rather write my work by hand again than go to him again.

Von der altmodischen Ladeneinrichtung sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen, denn hier wird sehr professionell und genau gearbeitet. Auch das Binden ist hier preiswerter als bei anderen Anbietern in Universitätsnähe ! Ich bin seit Jahren zufriedene Kundin. I have often had scripts and theses printed and bound here. You shouldn't be put off by the old-fashioned shop fittings, because the work here is very professional and precise. The binding is also cheaper here than with other providers near the university! I've been a satisfied customer for years.

S	Seda Mutlu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor 9 Uhr da und habe nur gesagt, ob ich etwas drucken lassen kann. Danach har der Mann angefangen, auf alles zu schreien, was ich über Kopien sagte. Ich war in meinem Leben (davon 6 Jahre in Österreich) nie solche schreckliche Behandlung gesehen. Ich habe mich natürlich nicht schlecht wegen ihm gefühlt aber er tut mir wirklich leid, weil er offensichtlich Probleme hat. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen, denn es ist klar, dass kein Kunde solche unprofessionelle Behandlung erhalten sollte. I got there before 9am and just said if I could have something printed. After that, the man started yelling at everything I said about copies. In my life (including 6 years in Austria) I have never seen such terrible treatment. I didn't feel bad about him, of course, but I really feel sorry for him because he obviously has problems. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as it is clear that no customer should receive such unprofessional treatment.

Es gab auch ein paar Probleme und der Inhaber war sehr dahinter mit mir eine Lösung zu finden und das Plakat schnellstmöglich zu drucken, damit sich alles noch ausgeht. Fand ich nicht selbstverständlich und echt super. Super fast and uncomplicated printing. There were also a few problems and the owner was very keen to find a solution with me and to print the poster as soon as possible so that everything would work out. I didn't take it for granted and it was really great.

The owner is aggressive both verbally and physically, 1st time he was pulling me nervously by my hand to show me how to operated the printer( I was there for the 1st time) and today he was shouting commends of how to pint in color. It was my last time at this studio.
