Ein Vergleich zwischen BIPA und DM ergibt vieles wo man sich fragt, wie kann es BIPA noch geben? - Die Rabattgestaltung im neuen System von "jö" macht den Mitarbeitern offensichtlich sehr zu schaffen, wenn man die gesammelten "REWE-Punkte" einlösen möchte, ist dies nicht möglich, da ein 25 % BIPA Prozentaufkleber dem gegenüber bevorzugt wird. Eine Einlösung der gesammelten Punkte umgewandelt zu 10, 15 oder 20 % - wurde verweigert. Somit war das Einkaufserlebnis bei BIPA nicht angenehm und man zieht die Konsequenz, hier nicht mehr einzukaufen. Meine Empfehlung an die Geschäftsleitung: Schulen Sie ihr Personal besser, da es hier sonst bald ein Ladenlokal neu zu vermieten geben wird. Meine Empfehlung an potentielle Kunden: Diese Filiale hat es nicht verstanden, was Kundenfreundlichkeit bedeutet, es gibt ein paar Meter weiter andere Möglichkeiten gute Produkte bei freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen zu erwerben. Minus stars would be appropriate here, since the staff is very rude and dismissive over. A comparison between GDPA and DM gives much to ask, how can BIPA still exist? - The discount scheme in the new system of "jö" obviously gives the employees a great deal of work, if you want to redeem the collected "REWE points", this is not possible, as a 25% BIPA percent sticker is preferred over the opposite. A redemption of the accumulated points converted to 10, 15 or 20% - was denied. Thus, the shopping experience at BIPA was not pleasant and one draws the consequence, here no longer to buy. My recommendation to the management: Train your staff better, as there will soon be a new store for rent here. My recommendation to potential customers: This branch did not understand what customer friendliness meant, there are other possibilities to buy good products from friendly staff a few meters further.
