Hab schon oft die Kontaktdaten an Freunde und Bekannte weitergeben und alle die dort waren, sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Einige waren zuvor auch bei großen Händler, die nicht weiterhelfen konnten, da sie mit Tauschteilen arbeiten und nicht reparieren, obwohl die notwendigen Teile bestellt werden könnten. Als ich dann das Bike abgeholt habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass es lauter und unrunder läuft als sonst. Schnell hab ich festgestellt, dass der Sport-Auspuff den ich selbst montiert und abgedichtet habe, abgenommen wurde. Der potenzielle Käufer hatte das Bike nur hingestellt, und beim ankaufstest wurde auch kein undichter Auspuff festgestellt. Als ich also die Firma anrufe um zu Fragen was passiert ist, wurde ich sehr dubios abgewimmelt und mir wurde angeboten, den Auspuff kostenpflichtig abzudichten - Lächerlich! Kostet ja so oder so nix und ist eine Lapalie!!! Wenn man einen Wert auf seinen Ruf legt, sollte man so NICHT mit Kunden umgehen. I am currently selling my motorcycle. A potential buyer brought it to this workshop for a purchase test. When I then picked up the bike, I noticed that it is louder and rounder than usual. Quickly I found that the sports exhaust I have myself mounted and sealed, was removed. The potential buyer had just put the bike, and at the purchase test, no leaking exhaust was found. So when I called the company to ask what happened, I was very dubious and I was offered to seal the exhaust charge - ridiculous! Costs so one way or another and is a lapalie! If you put a value on your reputation, you should NOT deal with customers like that.

Das der Ton am Land etwas rauer ist, ist mir schon letztes Jahr aufgefallen, aber das ist einfach nicht tragbar. Vielen Dank für den ehrlichen Empfang. NIE WIEDER! Who honks is insulted! - "What's up tepad, drah the engine off" so you will receive as a customer in this workshop from the boss personally to agreed date. 30km drive in order to experience that. The tone in the country a bit rougher, I noticed last year, but that's simply not sustainable. Thank you for the honest reception. NEVER AGAIN!

BMW Wien hätte den ganzen Teil getauscht (teuer und 2-3 Wochen Lieferzeit), gab mir aber den Tip mich an Prazna Bikes zu wenden. Ein kurzes Telefonat später war alles geklärt. Lager wurde getauscht und alles war wieder gut. Und das Ganze zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten innerhalb weniger Tage. 5 Sterne dafür und jederzeit wieder. I was very pleased. The rear bearing of the gimbal on my GS was over. BMW Vienna would have exchanged the whole part (expensive and 2-3 weeks delivery time), but gave me the tip to contact Prazna Bikes. A short phone call later everything was sorted out. The bearings were exchanged and everything was fine again. And all at a fraction of the cost within a few days. 5 stars for it and anytime again.

Da muss das Motorrad in Topform sein. Und das war sie auch, weil sie von Prazna Gery im vergangenen Winter fit gemacht wurde. Danke Prazna Bikes. In September 2021 I rounded Western Europe with my 1998 BMW R1100RT. Almost 8,500 km in just under 4 weeks and that alone. The motorcycle has to be in top shape. And it was because Prazna Gery made her fit last winter. Thank you Prazna Bikes.
