Freundliches, kompetentes Team, das spürbar auf die Wünsche und Ansprüche der Kunden eingeht und nicht auf Teufel-Komm-Raus versucht dem Kunden etwas anzudrehen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, die Verkäufer nehmen sich noch Zeit und man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Wir haben unsere Eheringe von Uhren Schmuck Jochum und waren mit dem Service absolut zufrieden.
Small but very fine jeweler, a top address in Dornbirn. Friendly, competent team that noticeably responds to the wishes and demands of the customer and does not try to get the customer off on Teufel-Komm-Raus. Cozy atmosphere, the sellers take their time and you feel in good hands. We have our wedding rings from Uhren Schmuck Jochum and were absolutely satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meiner Uhr musste die Batterie gewechselt werden. Leider ist beim Verschluss der Metallbügel für den Batteriekontakt abgebrochen. Das hatte ich selbst verschuldet, nachdem ich gemeint hatte, die Batterie kann ja jeder selbst wechseln. ;)
Für den Wechsel war ich bei allen anderen Geschäften in der Stadt, doch alle meinten, das kann nicht mehr gewechselt werden, die wollten mir lieber gleich eine neue Uhr verkaufen.
Peter Jochum hat die Herausforderung angenommen und versucht die Batterie zu wechseln und nach ein paar Minuten hat er es dann auch geschafft!
The battery on my watch had to be changed. Unfortunately, the metal bracket for the battery contact broke off when it was closed. It was my own fault after I said that anyone can change the battery themselves. ;)
To change, I went to all the other shops in town, but everyone said it couldn't be changed, they'd rather sell me a new watch right away.
Peter Jochum accepted the challenge and tried to change the battery and after a few minutes he did it!
