Jetzt soll ich auch noch 5 Euro für die Rücksendung zahlen, obwohl ein falscher Name auf der Benachrichtigung steht und der nette Postler nicht angeläutet hat. Eine Frechheit!!! An endless disappointment! My package was sent by last name and "supposedly" it could not be delivered and then sent back. Now I should also pay 5 euros for the return, although there is a wrong name on the notification and the nice postman has not rung. An impudence!!!

Und dann wird noch "vorgeschlagen" die Ware "halt" zu bezahlen oder auf eigene Kosten retour zu senden. Unglaublich Geh da nur noch hin wen ich muss. Sonst fahre ich zur nächsten Ortschaft. Saudoofe Öffnungszeiten gibt's nämlich auch. Von 12 - 14 geschlossen. In der Mittagspause schnell was zu erledigen ist da nicht drin. Incompetent!! Return package is first franked on the wrong side and sent back to the sender (me). And then it is "suggested" to pay the goods "stop" or to send them back at your own expense. Incredible Go there only who I have to. Otherwise I'll drive to the next town. Saudoofe opening times are also available. Closed from 12-14. Quickly doing something during the lunch break is not an option.

Incompetent to the power of 10, no one is responsible, waiting forever, as a mailbox customer, information about unpaid bills is communicated, the mail is hoarded and not issued, and after repeated urges, all statements are withdrawn..
