Der Angestellte hat mit Gewalt versucht mein Kuvert so zu ruinieren, daß sogar eine Kollegin eingeschritten ist! Auch wollte er zuviel Porto verlangen! Auch da hat sich die Kollegin vermittelt! Und die Quittung für die Sendungsverfolgung musste ich auch noch erbetteln!! Die sehen mich nie wieder!!! Worst post office I have ever experienced! The employee has tried by force to ruin my envelope so that even a colleague has intervened! He also wanted to ask too much postage! Also there, the colleague has mediated! And the receipt for the I also had to beg for consignment tracking! They will never see me again !!!

Absolut Frechheit, die Post verlangt dafür immerhin 0,85 EUR zusätzliches Porto. An absolute "horror branch" for stamp collectors. Special post deliveries via Christkindl are absolutely sloppily canceled, and not just once. Absolutely cheeky, the post office requires an additional postage of 0.85 EUR.
M	Marina Storkan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie sooft wurde unser Paket trotz Abstellgenehmigung und mehrmaliger Erinnerung nicht zugestellt bzw abgestellt sondern einfach nur ein Zettel hinterlassen. Auch die Mitarbeiter der Filiale Stockerau wurden schon mehrere Male um Hilfe gebeten doch auch das ist vergebens. As is so often the case, our parcel was not delivered or parked in spite of a parking permit and repeated reminders, but simply left a note. The employees of the Stockerau branch have been asked for help several times, but that too is in vain.

Frage mich, wofür das gut sein soll. Die Angestellte entschuldigt er sich demonstrativ bei der Dame hinter mir für meinen Fehler. Naja, ich war immer noch früher da, somit halten sich meine Schuldgefühle in Grenzen. Der Ton macht die Musik. Hätte man auch anders kommunizieren können... Sorry, forgot to pull a number at the entrance. I feel like at Ikea. There were only four people standing in line, each 2m apart. Wonder what this is supposed to be good for. O	Oxana Shlyapkina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr unzufrieden in dieser Filiale mit einem Mitarbeiter, der immer mit mir unhöflich ist. Der Grund vermute mal, dass ich Ausländerin bin. Er sagte mir heute, alle müssen zu Hause Waren einzupacken und zwar er ist nicht verpflichtet, mir damit zu helfen, weil vorher habe ich ihn gebeten, mein Karton einzupacken. Ich war vielmals in unserer Filiale und nur mit diesem Mitarbeiter habe Unzufriedenheit. Warum Personal erlauben sich, mit Kunden so zu benehmen?? Zweitens: vor einer Woche wurde mein Paket geliefert und einfach auf den Briefkasten gestellt worden ist wo kann man hinein- und raus gehen. Als ich auf die Post gekommen bin und fragte wo ist mein Paket, mir geantwortet, dass steht schon meine Unterschrift aber das war nicht meine und nicht von den Nachbarn. Obwohl ich ganzen Tag zu Hause war, niemand in die Tür geklopft! Einfach draußen gelassen hatten. I am very dissatisfied in this branch with an employee who is always rude to me. Keinerlei Einhaltung der aktuellen Covid Verordnungen, nur herablassend Bemerkungen von den Angestellten zu Kunden. Heute war ich Zeuge wie ein wartender Kunde niedergemacht wurde von einem Post Angestellten und einem anderen "Kunden". Der wartende Kunde hatte dem anderen daraufhin gewiesen, daß er sich nicht vorzudrängen hatt und wurde dafür unfreundlich angeschnauzt. Echt das letzte was es gibt in der Filiale... Die Angestellten haben keine Ahnung von Anstand. Bei den Verkaufsstelle muss man sich unter dem Mindestabstand aufhalten in der Warteschlange, einfach nur verantwortungslos was diese Filiale macht. The conditions in this branch are absolutely the last. No compliance with the current Covid regulations, only condescending comments from employees to customers. Today I witnessed a waiting customer being put down by a post office clerk and another "customer". The waiting customer had indicated to the other that he did not have to push forward and was snapped at in an unfriendly manner. Really the last thing there is in the branch ... The employees have no idea of decency. At the sales point you have to stay below the minimum distance in the queue, just irresponsible what this branch does.
K	Klaus Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist einfach der Wahnsinn schlechthin! Paket vom Mediashop konnte nicht zugestellt werden, obwohl immer wer da ist. Da befindet sich nämlich eine Glaserei unter dieser Adresse. Die von Mo.-Fr. geöffnet hat. Jedoch Rsb- Briefe werden einfach ins Stiegenhaus gelegt, aber ein Paket vom Mediashop mit 2 Taschenlampen kann man dort nicht hinterlegen, obwohl dort nur ich wohne. Aber anscheinend ist der Mensch der das zustellen soll, geistig nicht so weit in der Lage die Wichtigkeit eines Behördenschriftstück wie eines Rsb-Briefes und einem Paket vom Mediashop zu unterscheiden. Da ich jetzt vom Kundenservice vom Mediashop erfahren habe, dass ausschließlich die Post deren Sendungen zustellt, werde ich in Zukunft nichts mehr dort bestellen. So leid es mir für die Firma Mediashop tut. Aber sie sollten sich um einen Zustellservice umsehen die mehr Hausverstand und logisches denken ihrer Zusteller fordert! Einfach zum Kotzen so eine unfähigkeit! It's just insane! The package from the media shop could not be delivered, although someone is always there. There is a glazier's shop at this address. The from Mon.-Fri. has opened. However, RSB letters are simply placed in the stairwell, but you cannot leave a package from the media shop with 2 flashlights there, although only I live there. But apparently the person who is supposed to deliver it is not mentally able to distinguish the importance of an official document such as an RSB letter and a package from the media shop. Since I have now found out from Mediashop customer service that only Swiss Post delivers their consignments, I will not be ordering anything there in the future. I feel so sorry for the Mediashop company. But you should look around for a delivery service that requires more common sense and logical thinking from your deliverers! Just sucks such an inability!
