★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsche Bestellung geliefert & auf Nachfrage kein Verständnis gezeigt. Keine Nachlieferung der eigentlichen Bestellung und auch kein Geld zurück. Stattdessen wurde sogar noch vorgeworfen, man habe "Dürüm" statt "vegetarisches Sandwich" gesagt. Wie man das verwechseln kann. weiß ich leider auch nicht. Wird ab sofort wohl wo anders bestellt, schade.
 Wrong order delivered & no understanding shown on request. No subsequent delivery of the actual order and no money back. Instead, it was even accused of saying "Dürüm" instead of "vegetarian sandwich". How can you mix that up? I don't know either, unfortunately. Will be ordered from now on somewhere else, a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Stammkunden meine Tochter wollte sich eine Nudelbox und eine Kebap Box mit Pommes holen hat die Pommes extra bekommen natürlich hat das dann mehr gekostet und als Antwort hat sie bekommen "was kann man machen" finde ich eine Frechheit und die haben auf jeden Fall uns als Kunden verloren. Sowas geht gar nicht!!!!
We were regular customers my daughter wanted to get a noodle box and a kebap box with fries got the fries extra of course it cost more and the answer she got was "what can you do" I think it's cheeky and they definitely have us lost as customers. That doesn't work at all!!!!
