Um es kurz zu halten: Schlampiges Arbeiten, schiefer Einbau von Fensterbänken Ein neuerlicher Termin war für das Ausbessern dieser Mängel nötig Unfreundlicher Umgang mit dem Kunden, eigene Fehler werden versucht auf den Kunden abzuwälzen, unnötig emotionaler bzw. lautstarker Ton im Umgang mit dem Kunden (sowohl Personal der Partnerfirma/Montagefirma als auch Auftragsfirma) Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten Chaotische interne Strukturen (einer weiß vom anderen nichts) Unzureichende Kommunikation mit dem Kunden This company cost us a lot of nerves when buying or installing windows.
