Extremely unfriendly store manager, package has been sent back for the second time without delivery or any other information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Öffnungszeiten des Post Partners sind nicht akzeptabel. Unter der Woche bis 16 Uhr. Samstag geschlossen. Obwohl das Lokal (ADEG) selbst geöffnet hat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man irgendwie kann, sollte man um diesen Postpartner einen Bogen machen. Lasse mir, gegen Entgelt(!), alle Sendungen die mich nicht direkt antreffen, in die Hauptpost nach Klosterneuburg liefern.
Ich fahre lieber hin. als mir diesen Postpartner anzutun.
If you can somehow, you should avoid this postal partner. For a fee (!), Have all items that do not reach me directly delivered to the main post office in Klosterneuburg.
I prefer to go there. than to do to me this postal partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine interessante Mischung aus Unhöflichkeit und Inkompetenz: bei jeder Abholung die gleiche unmotivierte und planlose Suche in ungeordneten Pakethaufen, unterbrochen von sinnfreien Rückfragen:
Sie: "ist die Sendung ein Brief oder ein Paket?"
Ich: "keine Ahnung"
Sie "Na was haben sie denn bestellt?"
Ich: "Ich bekomme laufend Pakete, ich habe keine Ahnung, welches dieser Pakete jetzt angekommen ist"
- weitere Minuten Herumgewühle in Pakethaufen
Sie: "war das ein Brief oder ein Paket?"
Ich: "die gleiche Frage haben Sie mir vor 5 Minuten gestellt und ich kann sie noch immer nicht beantworten - das ist eine Sendung aus China und ich war beim Versand in China nicht dabei und weiß daher nicht, wie das versendet wurde"
Nach weiterer Wartezeit wurde die Dame dann doch fündig.
Dazu ein Hinweis: man kann Pakete ordnen, z.B. nach Name oder Straßenname, das beschleunigt die Suche deutlich.
Dass die Dame statt einer Maske ein Gesichtsschild trägt ist sowieso völlig inakzeptabel (täglicher Kontakt mit hunderten Menschen).
An interesting mixture of rudeness and incompetence: with every pickup the same unmotivated and haphazard search in disorganized piles of packages, interrupted by meaningless queries:
You: "is the shipment a letter or a parcel?"
I have no idea"
You "Well what did you order?"
Me: "I keep getting parcels, I have no idea which of these packages has now arrived"
- More minutes of rummaging around in piles of packages
You: "Was that a letter or a package?"
Me: "You asked me the same question 5 minutes ago and I still can't answer it - this is a shipment from China and I wasn't there when it was shipped in China and therefore don't know how it was shipped"
After a further wait, the lady found what she was looking for.
A hint: you can sort packages, e.g. by name or street name, this speeds up the search significantly.
The fact that the lady wears a face shield instead of a mask is completely unacceptable anyway (daily contact with hundreds of people).
