T	T Colic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten Mo-Fr bis 16 Uhr??? Wie soll man als beruftätiger da ein Paket abholen??? Opening hours Mon-Fri until 4 p.m.??? How are you supposed to pick up a package as a working person???
K	Kia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versteh manche Rezessionen nicht, die Öffnungszeiten sind gut (bis 17:00 Uhr). Sehr freundliches Personal und eigentlich keine Wartezeiten! Es ist ja keine normale Postfiliale. In der Seestadt ist alles in Entwicklung noch. Leider wollen die Leute immer mehr für weniger! Danke für den Service I don't understand some recessions, the opening times are good (until 5:00 p.m.). Very friendly staff and actually no waiting times! It's not a normal post office. Everything is still in development in Seestadt. Unfortunately, people always want more for less! thank you for the service

S	Sandra L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute ein Paket erwartet, vor 20 Min. bekomme ich eine Mail, dass es nicht persönlich übergeben werden konnte und in der Poststelle abzuholen ist. Ich befinde mich aber daheim im Homeoffice. Es ärgert mich sehr, wenn gar nicht versucht wird anzuläuten und ich dann später mit Kind und Kegel zur Poststelle darf. Telefonisch durchkommen, das ist nahezu unmöglich! A package expected today, 20 minutes ago I received an email that it could not be handed over personally and should be picked up at the post office. But I'm at home in the home office. It annoys me very much when there is no attempt to ring the bell and then later I can go to the post office with all the kids. Getting through by phone is almost impossible!
R	Roland Liendl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerade eben hat es an der Gegensprechanlage geklingelt, dort habe ich geantwortet mit der Info das wir im 5 Stück sind, wie die letzten 3 male wurde das Paket nun in der Filiale hinterlegt. Meldungen in der Filiale selbst zeigen auch keine Wirkung. Die Amazonboten direkt bekommen das wesentlich besser hin, diese Klingeln direkt an der Haustür! Letztens wurde auch der Gelbe Zettel für die Abholbox am Haus beim Nachbarn eingeworfen! Zum Glück sind wir trotzdem zu unserem Paket gekommen Welche Öffnungszeiten der Filiale sind nun richtig, selber auf Google angegeben hat die Post 16:00? The intercom system just rang, I answered there with the information that we are in 5 pieces, like the last 3 times, the package has now been deposited in the branch. Messages in the branch itself also have no effect. The Amazon messengers do it much better, these bells right at the front door! Recently, the yellow note for the pick-up box at the neighbor's house was thrown in! Luckily we got our package anyway Which opening hours of the branch are now correct, even on Google the post office stated 4:00 p.m.?

Öffnungszeiten sind ungerechtfertigt.. in Zeiten von Corona sollte jedem klar sein, dass sich auch MitarbeiterInnen anstecken können und dann teilweise für mehrere Wochen ausfallen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass auch an den Öffnungszeiten geschliffen werden muss. Außerdem ist den Besuchern wohl nicht ganz bewusst, dass es sich hier um einen Post Partner handelt der von Wien Work geführt wird. Für alle, die Wien Work nicht kennen, es handelt sich hier um einen Arbeitgeber der Menschen mit Behinderungen Arbeitsplätze verschafft. Dies am Rande erwähnt mit der Hoffnung auf einen Gedankenstoß, wenn man das nächste Mal von einer/m Mitarbeiter/in bedient wird. LG Great and reliable branch with very nice staff!
