J	Jelena Šapina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schreklich. Ich finde das Lieferant nimmt nur die Zetteln und lass in Postkasten drin, Paket muss man selbst abholen terrible. I think the supplier just takes the slips of paper and leave them in the mailbox, you have to pick up the package yourself

( bei mir am Geschäft klebt ein großer Zettel PAKETE BITTE BEIM NACHBAR ABGEBEN) dieses wurde offensichtlich übersehen. Daraufhin schrieb ich zurück das ich auch das Paket in dem paketshop gegenüber abholen könnte. Vom Urlaub zurück wollte ich wie immer wenn ich im Urlaub war das Paket holen. Die sehr unfreundliche Filialleiterin (hatte mir ihren Namen verweigert) sagte mein Paket liege in der Zentrale und ich könnte es dort holen. Nachdem ich ihr alles erklärt hatte, sagte sie mit erhobener Stimme sie könnte es wieder in unser en Shop bringen lassen. Nächsten Tag will ich es holen aber die junge Frau verweigerte mir den Eintritt weil schon 1 Kunde im Geschäft auf ca 250 m2 war sehr deutlich. Ich betrete den Shop nie wieder und meine Geschäftspartner werde ich informieren das ich meine Ware von einer anderen Paketfirma erhalten wolle. (Die Paketfahrer sind für mich ok die Filialleiterin sofort getauscht. Wie man auch aus den VIELEN NEGATIVEN Rezessionen lesen kann. During my vacation I received an SMS from DPD that they had not met me and that they would try again the next day. (I have a large piece of paper stuck to the shop, PLEASE DELIVER PACKAGES TO THE NEIGHBOR) this was obviously overlooked. Then I wrote back that I could also pick up the package in the parcel shop across the street. Back from vacation I wanted to get the package, as always when I was on vacation. The very unfriendly branch manager (refused to give me her name) said my package was in the head office and I could get it there. After I had explained everything to her, she said in a raised voice she could have it brought back to our shop. The next day I want to get it, but the young woman refused me entry because there was already 1 customer in the shop on approx. 250 m2. I will never enter the shop again and I will inform my business partners that I want to receive my goods from another parcel company. (The parcel drivers are ok for me and the branch manager changed immediately. As you can read from the MANY NEGATIVE recessions.

Das passiert immer wieder I'm at home all day and of course the note is in the mailbox. I don't understand why they have drivers when delivery is almost like winning a lottery ticket. That happens all the time

Reached 5 minutes before they closed the store at 2PM for a break. Got my package. Then the lady at the front desk quite literally asked me to get out even before I could put my package in my bag. All this while, she did not even respond to a “hello” or “thank you”.
