Wenn ich sie bitte, etwas langsamer zu sprechen, um zu verstehen, reagieren sie respektlos. Sie "priorisieren" / Priority jeden meiner Briefe, während ich sie auffordere, dies nicht zu tun. Dafür zahle ich eine astronomische Summe für einen einzelnen Brief. Es muss etwas getan werden ... Maybe the worst post in the world. I don't speak German very well and they don't care. Gemessen an dem großen Zuständigkeitsbereich dieses Postamts läuft die Abwicklung rasch ab. Es gibt auch eine automatisierte Versende- und Abholstation, die 24 Stunden offen ist. L	Liese Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlechteste Filiale unfreundlich, inkompetent, ewige Wartezeiten, Pakete werden nicht zugestellt obwohl man zu Hause ist wird nicht geläutet sondern nur der gelbe Zettel ins den Postkasten gesteckt. Die Liste könnte ewig sein. In der Filiale gehört einfach das ganze Personal ausgewechselt sonst wird sich dort nie etwas ändern. The worst branch unfriendly, incompetent, endless waiting times, parcels are not delivered even though you are at home, the bell is not rung but only the yellow note is put in the mailbox. The list could be forever. In the branch, the entire staff simply needs to be changed, otherwise nothing will ever change there.

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht in der Lage mein Konto richtig anzulegen, was dazu geführt hat das es Monate lang gedauert hat bis ich in der Lage war es zu nutzen. Der Grund wieso war scheinbar leicht herauszufinden aber die Mitarbeiter waren entweder zu Faul oder zu inkompetent um das zu erkennen. Das wirklich ärgerliche war einfach das ständige vertrösten und die dauerhaften Behauptungen das wenn Sie X machen geht’s wieder, was nie der Fall war, die haben das Problem einfach auf mich geschoben weil Sie sich die mühe nicht machen wollten es selber zu erledigen. Extremely bad experience with bank99 here. The staff were unable to set up my account properly which meant it took me months to be able to use it. The reason why was apparently easy to figure out, but the staff were either too lazy or too incompetent to see it. The really annoying thing was just the constant comfort and the constant claims that if you do X it'll work again, which was never the case, they simply blamed the problem on me because they didn't want to bother to do it themselves.
