W	Wilhelm Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl wir den ganzen Tag zu Hause auf das Paket gewartet haben hat der Poster wieder einmal es nicht nötig gefunden nicht einmal an der Sprechanlage zu läuten sondern nur den gelben Zettel eingeworfen wo mir mitgeteilt wurde das ich nicht anzutreffen war. Immer öfter müssen wir dann auf die Post gehen. Although we waited all day at home for the package, the poster again did not find it necessary not to ring the intercom but only tossed in the yellow note where I was told that I could not be found. We have to go to the post office more and more often.

Ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause und erhielt einen Zetel, dass ich das Paket selbst von der Post abholen muss. The service in the branch is very unpleasant, the woman with the red hair is not good at all. I was at home all day and received a note that I had to pick up the package from the post office myself.

(und die haben es das ganze Jahr nicht leicht, aber gerade vor Weihnachten ist die Schlepperei noch schlimmer, ob bei Wind, Regen oder Schnee!!) Nur mit den Mitarbeitern in dieser Postfiliale 1143 bin ich nicht zufrieden, leider sehr unhöfliches Personal am Schalter!! Schade - bitte wieder an Höflichkeit und Menschlichkeit arbeiten!!! LG. So my parcel and letter deliverer is extremely friendly and courteous and they get 5 stars! (And it is not easy for them all year round, but the haulage is even worse before Christmas, whether in wind, rain or snow!) Only with the employees in this post office 1143 I am not satisfied, unfortunately very rude staff at the counter !! Too bad - please work on politeness and humanity again! LG.
S	Simon Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde heute von einer jungen blonden Frau „betreut“ die mir unhöflich und in lautem Ton sagte ich könne meinen Brief trotz Sendungsnummer aus der Post App und Lichtbildausweis nicht abholen. Davor rief ich bei der Österreichischen Post an, wo mir am Telefon gesagt wurde es seie ohne probleme möglich den Brief ohne gelben Abholschein zu holen… man brauche nur Sendungsnummer und Personalausweis. Um solche Unannehmlichkeiten für eure Kunden zu verhindern könnte man einfach Personal einstellen das seiner Aufgabe auch gerecht ist!!! Today I was "looked after" by a young blonde woman who rudely and loudly told me I could not pick up my letter despite the tracking number from the Post app and photo ID. Before that I called the Austrian Post, where I was told on the phone that it would be possible to pick up the letter without a yellow pick-up slip ... you just need the tracking number and identity card. To prevent such inconvenience for your customers, you could simply hire staff who do their job justice!
