C	Coffeebean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal am Schalter ist sehr freundlich aber die Zusteller sind unmöglich. JEDES MAL hab ich einen gelben Zettel im Postkasten obwohl ich zuhause bin!! Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein an der Tür zu läuten, wenn der Name am Paket groß am Namensschild steht!!!! The staff at the counter is very friendly, but the deliverers are impossible. EVERY TIME I have a yellow note in the mailbox even though I'm at home !! It can't be that difficult to ring the doorbell when the name on the package is big on the name tag !!!!
A	Amitiment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schicke oftmals Pakete weg und das in dieser Filiale. Die jüngere Dame ist wirklich nett während dessen die ältere etwas "strenger" ist. Ansonsten alles super top. I often send parcels away and that in this branch. The younger lady is really nice while the older one is a bit "strict". Otherwise everything was super great.
J	Jack Jacker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die junge Mitarbeiterin ist immer sehr freundlich, die ältere Mitarbeiterin ist recht unfreundlich und einem wird immer die teuerste Variante verrechnet bei der Wahl zwischen Paket oder Brief, selbst wenn man sagt man man möchte die günstigere Variante, auch werden sämtliche kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistungen immer automatisch dazugerechnet auch wenn man die nicht extra verlangt hat. I	Ich Wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich 100% ich war gerade bei der Filialleiterin Weber am Schalter, kein grüß Gott kein aufwiedersehen, nicht mal das Geld hat sie laut gezählt, unverschämt und einfach die unfreundlichsten Angestellten genau wie die in der Bonygasse Unfriendly 100% I was at the counter at the branch manager Weber, no hello, no goodbye, she didn't even count the money out loud, impudently and simply the most unfriendly employees just like the one in Bonygasse
Y	Yasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe letztens einige pakete abgegeben bei der post aber habe keinen zettel bekommen wo die ganzen sendungen drauf sind als ich es drauf ansprach hiess es das sie die sendungen auch nicht mehr im system haben und es sowieso nichts passieren kann weil es ja schon verschickt wurde! falls irgendein paket verloren gehen sollte und ich dafür haften muss wegen einem fehler von der post, dann gibts eine anzeige! bzw die haftung für das paket könnts schön ihr übernehmen! da arbeiten so unerfahrene leute! und jedesmal irgendein fehler! unglaublich! Wieso kommt der Post Bote So früh (07:15) obwohl er weis das die Geschäfte erst ab ca.09:00 Arbeiten ich habe das Packet dringend gebraucht! Es ist nicht so das es mir gesagt worden ist das es ein Tag Länger braucht ich habe schriftlich bekommen das, dass Packet am selben Tag zum abholen ist! Service eine Frechheit! Es ist jedes Mal eine Schlange bis zur Ausgangstüre und darüberhinaus auf die Straße, was keine der Mitarbeiterinnen als Anlassfall sieht eventuell die einzelnen Kundinnen etwas schneller abzuwickeln. Im Gegenteil, wenn sich neben meist nur einem geöffneten Schalter, doch mal eine Kollegin erbarmt hinten aus dem Lager zu kommen, dann stehen sie meistens zu zweit ratlos vor einer Person und beraten sich gemächlich, wie sie diese Person besonders intensiv bedienen können. Dazu kommt, dass das Personal dann, nach 20-25 minütiger Wartezeit im Schnitt (!), auch noch überaus unfreundlich und erhaben den Kundinnen gegenübertritt. Wenn sie sich den Ärger und die Zeit ersparen wollen, gehen sie 200 Meter weiter in die Bonygasse, wo auch bei hoher Frequenz, alles um ein Vielfaches schneller & freundlicher abgewickelt wird. Und die Mitarbeiterinnen bzw. die Filialleitung dieser Filiale, die ja für diese Personalführung und das Staffing verantwortlich, hat Glück nicht dem Konkurrenzkampf der Privatwirtschaft ausgesetzt zu sein, sonst wäre ganz schnell Schicht im Schacht.
