M	Ma Sch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte ein paket von Hermes bekommen sollen, nach 2 Wochen habe ich erfahren, dass mein Paket nun hierhin gebracht wurde. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter mit der Versandnummer nicht viel anfangen konnten, haben sie beharrlich nach meinem Paket gesucht und es gefunden. Super Service und und sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Danke :) Should have received a package from Hermes, after 2 weeks I found out that my package has now been brought here. Although the staff couldn't do much with the shipping number, they persistently searched for my package and found it. Great service and very nice staff! Thanks :)

Trotzdem entschuldige ich mich für mein eigene Fehler und Aufwand den ich verursacht habe, obwohl ich keine Schuld habe. Aber eine richtige Arbeitseinstellung und Respekt muss schon sein. D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell zufrieden mit der Filiale, tw. lange Wartezeiten. Allerdings habe ich vor Weihnachten ein Einschreiben in dieser Filiale abgeschickt. Dieses sollte nach Liechtenstein geschickt werden. Der Brief ist zwar angekommen, allerdings ohne den von mir beigelegten Inhalt (Geld!). Der Empfänger musste - coronabedingt - nicht unterschreiben, das Kuvert war auf dem 1. Blick nicht beschädigt. Irgendjemand musste auf dem Weg von Wien nach Liechtenstein das Kuvert geöffnet und den Inhalt entnommen haben. Eine Nachverfolgung hat keinen Erfolg gebracht. Ich habe Anzeige erstattet und werde mir weitere, rechtliche Schritte vorbehalten. Basically satisfied with the branch, tw. long waiting times. However, I sent a registered letter to this branch before Christmas. This should be sent to Liechtenstein. The letter arrived, but without the content I enclosed (money!). The recipient did not have to sign - due to the corona virus - the envelope was not damaged at first glance. Someone must have opened the envelope on the way from Vienna to Liechtenstein and taken out the contents. A follow-up was unsuccessful. I have filed a complaint and will reserve the right to take further legal action.
K	Karin Unwisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soeben nach einem vermissten Paket gefragt, das in diese Filiale hätte geliefert werden sollen: selten so unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal erlebt. Obwohl heute nur wenige Kund_innen am Schalter, hat es diese Mitarbeiterin abgelehnt, nachzuschauen, was mit dem Paket passiert ist. Kommentar, da könne sie auch nichts tun, wenn es nicht geliefert worden ist. Zusätzlich hat sie sich noch mit ihrer Kollegin über mich als "blöde Kundin" mokiert, die "nix versteht". Eine halbe Stunde später habe ich bei der telefonischen Sendungsverfolgung angerufen: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin, hat in 2 Minuten festgestellt, dass das Paket in das Verteilerzentrum geliefert worden ist, aber beschädigt wurde und daher die Zustellung noch bearbeitet wird. So geht Service! Just asked about a missing package that should have been delivered to this branch: rarely seen such unfriendly and incompetent staff. Although there were only a few customers at the counter today, this employee refused to look up what happened to the parcel. Comment that there is nothing she can do if it has not been delivered. In addition, she and her colleague made fun of me as a "stupid customer" who "doesn't understand anything". Half an hour later I called the shipment tracking department: a very friendly employee who found out in 2 minutes that the package had been delivered to the distribution center, but was damaged and therefore the delivery is still being processed. This is how service works!
