Frau von der Mitarbeiterin am Schalter regelrecht angeschrien wurde, weil diese keine Lust hatte der älteren Dame beim Paketautomaten zu helfen, obwohl kein einziger anderer Kunde in der Filiale war! Die ältere Dame hatte sich nicht ausgekannt und bat Ihre Mitarbeiterin 2x um Hilfe, diese war sich anscheinend zu schade darum! Unfassbar!! Such naughty and arrogant staff! Yesterday on 11/12/20 in the morning I had to watch like a 75 year old! The woman was literally yelled at by the employee at the counter because she had no desire to help the elderly lady at the parcel machine, even though not a single other customer was in the branch! The elderly lady did not know her way around and asked her colleague twice for help, which was apparently too good! Incomprehensible!!
