C	Cadschi Carina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit von über 30 Minuten - warum? Von 4 Schalter sind nur 2 besetzt. Ein Schalter besetzt mit einer Angestellten, die fleißig arbeitet. Der andere Schalter ist besetzt von einer Angestellten, die es vorzieht, mit einer Verwandten (Annahme, da sie sich sehr ähnlich gesehen haben) über den Zeitraum meiner Anwesenheit, also über 30 Minuten, nur privates Zeug zu labern, statt endlich ihre Arbeit zu machen. Hat sie es dann doch einmal geschafft, einen Kunden dran zu nehmen, war ihr Verhalten an Unfreundlichkeit und Faulheit nicht zu überbieten. Waiting time of over 30 minutes - why? Only 2 of 4 counters are occupied. A counter manned by an employee who works hard. The other counter is manned by an employee who prefers to talk about private stuff with a relative (assumption, since they looked very similar) for the period of my presence, i.e. over 30 minutes, instead of finally doing her job . If she did manage to take a customer on, her behavior was unbeatable in terms of unfriendliness and laziness.

M	Manu G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie die Vorgänger berichtet haben, sind zwei Schalter besetzt, die anderen nur zur Zierde! Unfassbar, von zwei Mitarbeitern will nur eine arbeiten. Hat die Zahl vor mir aufgerufen, keiner kommt. Stell mich mal hin. Auf einmal ruft die andere Kollegin fast gleichzeitig die nächste Nummer auf, somit falscher Schalter für mich, musste ich mir von der Mitarbeiterin anhören, dass ich eigentlich am falschen Schalter stehe. Muss mal klarstellen, mich interessiert nicht, warum ich am falschen Schalter stand. Nur weil die Mitarbeiterin keinen Bock zum Arbeiten hat. Scannte dann den Barcode zweimal, geht anscheinend nicht auf einmal, ist zu hoch für die Dame gewesen. Fazit 40min. Wartezeit und Unfreundlichkeit. Hoffe, dass sämtliches Personal von dieser Poststelle ab jetzt überall Wartezeiten hat - auch an die 40min. -, unfreundlich behandelt wird und lernt, was richtige Arbeitsleistung bedeutet inkl. der Umsetzung! Unbelievable, only one of two employees wants to work. Called the number in front of me, no one comes. Stand me up Suddenly the other colleague calls the next number almost at the same time, so the wrong counter for me, I had to hear from the employee that I was actually at the wrong counter. I have to make it clear that I'm not interested in why I was at the wrong counter. Just because the employee doesn't feel like working. Then scanned the barcode twice, apparently doesn't work at once, was too high for the lady. Conclusion 40min. Waiting time and rudeness. I hope that all the staff from this post office will have waiting times everywhere from now on - even around 40 minutes. -, is treated in an unfriendly manner and learns what correct work performance means, including implementation! T	Toni Hahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt 5 Kassen und nur höchstens 2 sind besetzt und man muss ewig warten bis man dran kommt. Da stehen tagtäglich 30 Leute und warten bedient zu werden, aber es interessiert dieser Filiale wohl nicht. Muss unbedingt geändert werden! There are 5 cash registers and only 2 at most are occupied and you have to wait forever to get your turn. There are 30 people there every day waiting to be served, but this branch probably doesn't care. Definitely needs to be changed!
F	Florian “meredrica” Westreicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier waren noch nie mehr als zwei Schalter offen und die Mitarbeiter brauchen prinzipiell ewig. Es ist auch offensichtlich kein Problem nach jedem dritten Kunden zwei Minuten Pause zu machen. There have never been more than two counters open here and the employees basically take forever. It is also obviously not a problem to take a two-minute break after every third customer.
