Have asked specificly to have a sign with her name and wait for her in the pick up zone. The taxi driver was not waiting for her there at all. He kept calling me and telling that she had to look for him at the entrance. So bad and unprofessional. And what made me even more angry, was that the taxi driver asked instead of €29 as confirmed in the email, €34. Liars. Cant rely on them.
