M	Maria Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Anwesenheit bekomme ich immer eine Benachrichtigung, dass ich nicht zu Hause war und dass ich mein Paket selber in der Postfiliale abholen muss. Despite being there, I always get a notification that I wasn't at home and that I have to pick up my package myself at the post office.

Will the printer be repaired here too? Do you sometimes ring a bell here even though you are in the home office? Does anything work at the post office in the 10th?

Hatte die Sendungsnummer eines Pakets verloren und der Filialleiter hat sie anhand weniger Informationen herausgesucht - das kann man auch nicht überall erwarten Sometimes long waiting times, but very good service. I lost the tracking number of a parcel and the store manager found it using just a little bit of information - you can't expect that everywhere

Unter der Woche gibt es um 13:00 nur 1 Schalter der geöffnet ist die Mitarbeiterin sieht das die Filiale voll ist und eine Schlange bis draußen ist und geht trotzdem auf Pause - ersatz gibt es keinen! Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter selber sehr langsam und macht keinen Eindruch vielleicht ein bisschen schneller die Kunden abzuarbeiten bzw. das ein zweiter Schalter geöffnet wird....Selbst am Land welche oft von der Trafik mitgemacht wird, wo es keine Selbstbedienungssstationen gibt - wird vieeeel schneller gearbeitet. 30 Minuten warten um einen Brief abzuholen ist eine Frechheit!!!! Und das ist nicht das erste mal in dieser Filiale! Worst post office !!! During the week there is only 1 counter that is open at 1:00 p.m. The employee sees that the branch is full and there is a queue outside and still takes a break - there is no replacement! The employee at the counter himself very slowly and does not make an intrusion, maybe a bit faster to process the customers or that a second counter is opened ... Even in the country, which is often attended by the tobacco shop, where there are no self-service stations - is much faster worked. Waiting 30 minutes to pick up a letter is a cheek !! And this is not the first time in this branch!

Kurz vor 18 Uhr wurde dann ein zweiter Schalter noch geöffnet und der Herr war trotz Stress und wütenden Kunden sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Filiale ist unterbesetzt, aber der Service ist wirklich gut! During the week at 5:30 p.m. it was very busy and only one counter was manned. Shortly before 6 p.m. a second counter was opened and despite the stress and angry customers, the gentleman tried very hard and was friendly. The branch is understaffed but the service is really good!

D	Dávid Tenczar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many complain that they only get the yellow note during package delivery. Consider yourself lucky as they stopped even leaving those. I had to call up the shop I made the delivery at and they informed me that they just tagged the package undeliverable because I wasn't home (I'm working from home office and I was specifically waiting for this delivery). If I haven't have called I wouldn't even have known about the package waiting for me and they would have sent it back. One of my other friend complained that they rang his flat - they let them in - and they just left the yellow note that he wasn't home. It's a joke.
