So geht post, freundlich, schnell kompetent . Hardly any waiting time is always brisk, the gentleman is particularly nice and helpful at the counter ??, so far I haven't had an unfriendly encounter in this branch.

In der gesamten Filiale gibt es keinen Kugelschreiber für die Kundschaft. Die Frage nach Versandscheinen, welche ebenfalls fehlen überfordert den Bediensteten. Ich weise freundlichst auf die Missstände hin und werde angepampt. Servicewüste sollte man vermeiden wenn möglich. There are four employees behind the counter, one of whom serves the others staring into space. There are no pens for customers in the entire branch. The question of dispatch notes, which are also missing, overwhelms the staff. I kindly point out the grievances and am pamped. Service desert should be avoided if possible.
