Die Frage ist wie sehr die Post um ihre Kunden benüht ist, da in einer Rezension vor 1 Jahr schon das selbe Problem beschrieben wurde. Da fragt man sich ob ds jemals behoben wurde?! Broken printer !! You don't get money back. The question is how much Swiss Post cares about its customers, since the same problem was described in a review 1 year ago. One wonders if ds was ever fixed ?!

Sehr lange Wartezeiten und die SB-Zone (Paketaufgabestation) funktioniert sehr häufig nicht und ich musste außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten trotz langer Anfahrt unverrichteter Dinge wieder gehen. Das letzte Mal "schluckte" der Automat sogar 12 € und druckte mir keine Paketmarken aus! Diese Filiale bräuchte dringend mehr Personal! Und technische Defekte müssten zeitnah behoben werden. Ich bin mittlerweile sehr verärgert. Unfortunately, I can only agree with some of the previous speakers. Very long waiting times and the self-service zone (parcel drop-off station) very often does not work and I had to leave outside of the opening times despite the long journey without having achieved anything. The last time the machine even "swallowed" 12 € and didn't print any parcel stamps for me! This branch urgently needs more staff! And technical defects would have to be remedied promptly. I'm very angry now.

Besonderheit - SAMSTAGS-ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN 9- 12 Uhr so fliesen Sendungen noch in den Freitag Versand mit ein. Zenrale Lage von der Herrengasse aus knapp 400 Meter und Wenn man weiß WANN man hingeht - zb Vormittag , früher Nachmittag oder Samstag Vormittag KAUM WARTEZEIT. Empfehlung. E	Eyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das bezieht sich jetzt zwar nur auf einen Mitarbeiter, dieser ist jedoch entweder inkompetent oder er versucht die Kundschaft abzuzocken. Obwohl das besagte Paket (laut Post Homepage) als "Versandtasche" oder "Päckchen M" (beides mit Sendungsverfolgung) hätte aufgegeben werden können, besteht der Angestellte darauf, dass eine Sendungsverfolgung nur mit Einschreibung möglich ist und kassiert dann den Tarif eines "Päckchen M" + Einschreiber. This only refers to one employee, but he is either incompetent or trying to rip off customers. Although the package in question (according to the Post website) could have been handed in as a "shipping bag" or "package M" (both with tracking), the clerk insists that tracking is only possible with registered mail and then collects the rate of a "package M " + enroller.
N	Niki Bacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte nur ein Paket abholen, musste dann 15 Minuten anstehen (wobei nur 3 Kund*innen vor mir dran waren) nur um dann ohne mein Paket wieder zu gehen, weil ich sonst zu spät zur Arbeit gekommen wäre. Hinter mir haben auch sicher 10 Leute gewartet. Und das passiert mir auch nicht zum ersten Mal. Just wanted to pick up a package, then had to queue for 15 minutes (with only 3 customers in front of me) only to leave without my package, because otherwise I would have been late for work. I am sure that 10 people were waiting behind me. And it's not the first time that this has happened to me.
K	Karl Stoisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen einzigen Mitarbeiter an den Schalter zu stellen ist einfach nur unverschämt. 30 Minuten Wartezeit nur aufgrund der Unfähigkeit dieses Saftladens 12 Kunden waren vor mir!! Ihr habt Sie echt nicht mehr alle zusammen!! Putting a single employee at the counter is just plain rude. 30 min wait only due to the ineptitude of this juice shop 12 customers were in front of me!! You really don't have them all together anymore!!

In the last few years, I have lived at several addresses, and the situation was the same in each apartment.
