E	Eryon Zane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin leider Dauergast in dieser Filiale da es seit neuestem kein Paket mehr zu mir schafft. Besonders praktisch ist es, dass ich auch keine Benachrichtigungszettel mehr bekomme. Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich und tut so als wäre es meine Schuld. Meine Klingel ist beschriftet, der Postkasten auch, die Haustüre ist offen. Wenn die Zusteller ihren Job machen würden dann würde ich diese Filiale niemals besuchen. Unfortunately, I am a permanent guest in this branch because recently no parcels have made it to me. It is particularly practical that I no longer receive any notification slips. The staff is rather rude and pretend it's my fault. My doorbell is labeled, so is the post box, the front door is open. If the delivery guys did their job then I would never visit this branch.

Nur ein Mitarbeiter und der ist langsamer als ein Faultier!!! Das ist eine Frechheit! Eine KATASTROPHE!!!!!!! Worst post office I've ever visited! If you want to queue for an hour EVERY time then go to this one! Only one employee and he's slower than a sloth !!! That is a cheek! A disaster!!!!!!!

Ich war der einzige Kunde und die junge "Dame" hat, anstatt meine einfache und freundlich gestellte Frage zu beantworten, von Anfang an nur zurückgemotzt. Null Hilfe, null Kooperation - dabei wäre es so einfach gewesen!! Incredibly unfriendly, even if NOTHING is going on! I was the only customer and the young "lady", instead of answering my simple and friendly question, just pimped back from the start. Zero help, zero cooperation - it would have been so easy!

V	Verena Mausi73 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter verweisen an den Paket Rücksende Automaten, obwohl das Paket zu groß ist und nicht in das Automaten Fenster passt. Jedes Mal muss man mit den Angestellten diskutieren, wenn man Pakete am Schalter zurückschicken möchte. Ich nehm immer die Pakete von den Nachbaren mit und habe dementsprechend viele aufzugeben und habe nicht die Zeit mich für 1000 Pakete zum Schneckentempo-Automaten zu stellen. Post Mitarbeiter sind extrem unfreundlich und arbeitsfaul, ich hasse es dort hin zu gehen, aber diesw Filiale ist die einzige in meiner Nähe. Employees refer to the parcel return machine even though the package is too big and does not fit into the machine window. Every time you have to discuss things with the employees when you want to return parcels at the counter. I always take the parcels from the neighbors with me and accordingly have many to give up and don't have the time to go to the snail-pace machine for 1000 parcels. Post employees are extremely rude and lazy, I hate going there, but this branch is the only one near me.
M	Michael Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen. Musste nicht das erste mal dort ein Packet abholen und jedesmal ist eine riesen warteschlange an Menschen. Hinter dem Schalter ist ein meisten nur Mitarbeiter, ab und zu kommt ein 2 hinzu jedoch scheint es so als haben sie nach 3 Minuten Arbeit schon wieder Pause und verschwinden einfach. Auch scheint es jedesmal so als wären alle Mitarbeiter gerade erst aufgestanden den so langsam wie dort gearbeitet wird ,grenzt es an ein Wunder das überhaupt Packete, Briefe etc.angommen oder ausgegeben werden. Unsurpassed in incompetence. Didn't have to pick up a package there for the first time and there is always a huge queue of people. Behind the counter there is mostly only an employee, every now and then a 2 comes along but it seems as if after 3 minutes of work they have a break again and just disappear. It also seems every time as if all the employees had just got up because the work was so slow, it was a miracle that packages, letters, etc. were received or issued at all.
J	Juniva Junebug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Hier wartet man schon grundsätzlich über 1 Stunde nur um ein Paket abzuholen. Die Mitarbeiter machen immer nur einen Schalter auf obwohl es 4 Schalter geben würde. Wenn man dem einen Mitarbeiter dann zusieht, schläft man fast ein, den eilig hat er es ganz und gar nicht. Unfreundlichkeit runden den "perfekten" Service der Post noch ab. If I could I would give 0 stars. Here you have to wait more than 1 hour just to pick up a package. The employees always only open one counter although there would be 4 counters. If you then watch one of the employees, you almost fall asleep, he is in no hurry at all. Unfriendliness round off the "perfect" service from the post office.
