S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich arbeite selbst auch im Verkauf, wäre bei solch einem Verhalten gegenüber KundInnen schon mehrfach entlassen worden und bin immer wieder schockiert, wie frech und unfreundlich teilweise die MitarbeiterInnen sind. Am Schalter wollte ich nicht den vorgeschlagenen Versand der Dame annehmen und sie nörgelte noch herum, dass sie das nun stornieren muss... (scheint wohl zu viel Arbeit für die Dame zu sein) Ja, tut mir herzlich Leid, aber Sie sehen mich nicht wieder. Mein ernstgemeinter Tipp an die Post: Bewerbungsverfahren verbessern, Personal einfach mal schulen oder gleich alle entlassen und auf die Versandbox setzen, da muss man sich wenigstens nicht jedes Mal ärgern!! I also work in sales myself, would have been fired several times if I had behaved in this way towards customers, and I am always shocked at how cheeky and unfriendly some of the employees are. Interessant dass bei einem Zustellversuch weder Türklingel betätigt werden noch geklopft wird noch irgednwas im Postfach hinterlegt wird. Es waren den ganzen Tag über immer mindestens 3 Leute in der Wohnung. Am Abend dann das E-Mail erhalten dass ich das Paket dann gerne morgen in der Filiale holen kann. Leute ich weiss ihr seits unterbezahlt und habts viel zu tun aber es ist euer JOB pakete zuzustellen des wissts ihr schon oder? Ich hab kein Auto im Gegensatz zu euch und das Paket ist grad sperrig genug dass ich's nicht mit dem Fahrrad mitnehmen kann das heisst ich kann jetzt eine halbe Stunde zu euch latschen und dann das 15 Kilo Paket zu mir zurücktragen, am besten auch noch im Regen. Und dafür dass ihr da so dreisst herumlügts bei angeblichen Zustellversuchen gehörts ihr eigentlich angezeigt. Receive an email that a delivery attempt has been made. Die Filiale selbst kann hier leider wenig tun, außer sich am Ende die Beschwerden der Kunden anzuhören, die schließlich die Pakete dort holen müssen. Zur Filiale selbst: Die Angestellten in der Filiale waren bisher meistens freundlich und hilfsbereit. Natürlich haben auch sie mal nen schlechten Tag, aber bisher hat bei mir immer alles gepasst. Addendum regarding the bad ratings: I would like to point out that many of the bad reviews relate to delivery or couriers. Unfortunately, the branch itself can do little here, apart from listening to the complaints of the customers who ultimately have to get the packages there. About the branch itself: Most of the employees in the branch have been friendly and helpful. Of course they have a bad day too, but so far everything has always worked out for me.

Die BeschwerdeHotline wird vom ganzen Haus regelmäßig kontaktiert, aber es passiert nichts. Die Bewertungen sind bezeichnend. As always bad, yellow note, instead of ringing the bell is standard. A	Alaaa Jam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlichstes Personal überhaupt. Die ältere Dame mit Brille und dem brünetten Pagenkopf scheint ihren Job regelrecht zu hassen und strotzt nur so vor Faulheit. Ich habe bezüglich meines Anliegens keinerlei Rat oder Information erhalten und wurde noch dazu vor der gesamten Kundschaft lautstark zur Schnecke gemacht. Meine abschließende Frage wurde einfach ignoriert - so entrüstet bin ich noch nie aus einer Postfiliale spaziert. Zum Glück sind die Mitarbeiter der Kundenservicehotline hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen - diese Dame sollte eventuell nochmals hinterfragen, ob sie für den Kontakt mit anderen Mitmenschen gemacht ist. Rudest staff ever. The elderly lady with glasses and a brunette pageboy seems to hate her job and is brimming with laziness. I did not receive any advice or information regarding my request and was loudly bullied in front of the entire clientele. My final question was simply ignored - I've never walked out of a post office so indignant. Thankfully, the customer service hotline staff have been helpful and friendly - this lady may need to double-check if she's cut out to interact with other people.

Man sollte keine Punkte abziehen, weil es Lieferverzögerungen gibt oder man sein Päckchen vor angegebener Zeit abholen möchte und es demnach auch noch nicht da ist! Deswegen gibt es von mir auch 5 Sterne! Da ich nur die Post Filiale Bewerte! Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Versandboxen, Briefen, Klebeband, Schreibutensilien usw.. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr freundlich zu mir gewesen und arbeiten sehr schnell! Komme gerne da ich nie lange warten muss. Don't understand the bad reviews!
