Zusatzpakete werden sang und klanglos dazu gegeben, mit der Behauptung dies sei verbindlich, was ebenfalls Schwachsinn ist! Informationen werden teilweise garnicht erläutert und wenn man beim Kundenservice anruft und nachfragt, kommt die Antwort, dass sowas öfters vorkommen würde. Beschwerdemanagement wird bei Santander ebenfalls klein geschrieben, denn Einwände werden sofort vom Tisch gewischt und man wird derart unprofessionell behandelt, dass einem alles vergeht! Wenn ich Null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun! The employees there are only there to conclude contracts and collect commission! Additional packages are given without a sound, with the claim that this is binding, which is also nonsense! Information is sometimes not explained at all and if you call customer service and ask, the answer comes that something like this would happen more often. Complaint management is also written in small letters at Santander, because objections are wiped off the table immediately and you are treated so unprofessionally that you lose everything! S	Sebastian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unprofessioneller und schlechter Service. Zuerst wird man im Lockdown in die Bank bestellt ohne digitale Beratungsmöglichkeiten. Dann gibt es inkompetente Mitarbeiter wie Frau Lorenz die weder weiß wovon sie am Telefon gesprochen hat noch hat sie eine gute Erziehung bzw. Ausbildung genossen um mit ihren KundInnen ordnungsgemäß umzugehen. Wenn man als Mitarbeiter keinen guten Tag hat ist das verständlich, doch jemand wie diese Frau gehört aufkeinenfall in eine Position welche die Bank nach außen vertritt. Der Kunde ist garantiert nicht König. Ich kann einem jeden diese Bank dringend abraten - nicht umsonst hat diese Filiale zum Beispiel so wenig Sterne. Das Management sollte hier dringend Personelle Konsequenzen ziehen da klar ersichtlich ist, dass nicht nur ich Probleme mit den Mitarbeitern hatte. Absolutely unprofessional and poor service. First, you are ordered to the bank in lockdown without digital advice options. Then there are incompetent employees like Ms. Lorenz who neither knows what she was talking about on the phone nor did she have a good education or training to deal properly with her customers. If you don't have a good day as an employee, that's understandable, but someone like this woman definitely does not belong in a position that represents the bank externally. The customer is guaranteed not to be king. I can urgently advise anyone against this bank - it's not for nothing that this branch has so few stars, for example. The management should urgently draw personnel conclusions here as it is clear that not only I had problems with the employees.

Schnelle und vor allem sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung - alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Ich wurde stets gut beraten, was mir sehr aufgefallen ist, als ich mich entschied, den einfacheren Weg zu gehen, und eine Autofinanzierung nicht in der Filiale abzuschließen, sondern im Autohaus. Bei meinem letzten Besuch wurde ich in der Filiale auf alles hingewiesen worauf ich zu achten habe, und wie die Vorgehensweise ist und sein soll, um die anstehende Finanzierung zu erhalten. Danke. Von mir aus definitiv eine zu empfehlende Bank mit guten Service. I've been a customer of Santander for 2 decades now, specifically of this branch. I was always given good advice, which I noticed when I decided to take the easier route and not take out car financing in the branch, but in the car dealership. During my last visit to the branch, I was informed of everything I have to watch out for and what the procedure is and should be in order to receive the upcoming financing. Thanks. From me definitely a recommendable bank with good service.

Dass ich bessere Kreditkonditionen bei der Santander Bank (Kein Kunde) hatte wie bei meiner Hausbank, hätte ich mir nicht gedacht, ist aber so. Darum von mir 5 Sterne.
