Ich wollte meiner betagten Verwandten ein Weihnachtsgeschenk aus dem Ausland schicken, absichtlich nach dem Weihnachtsgeschäft. Das Paket war ab 11. Jänner in Österreich, wurde aber nie zugestellt. Die Information in der Sendungsverfolgung war für mich und die hiesige Post unverständlich. Nach einer Reklamation über das Absendepostamt und über ein Online Formular der österreichischen Post wurde das Paket gefunden. Laut Email war niemand anwesend und angeblich war ein Abholschein hinterlegt worden. Beides war falsch. Das Mail enthielt keine Information zur Abholung. Die Telefonnummer war aus dem Ausland unerreichbar und das Mail mit der Bitte um Neuzustellung oder Abholdaten wurde nicht beantwortet. Am 8. Februar erhielt ich mein Paket zurück. Ich finde es absolut traurig, dass man Ware von Amazon binnen wenigen Tagen zuverlässig und billig zustellen lassen kann, aber ein persönliches Geschenk nicht mehr möglich ist. €18 to send a package to yourself? I wanted to send my elderly relatives a Christmas present from abroad, intentionally after the Christmas sales. The package was in Austria from January 11th, but was never delivered. The information in the shipment tracking was incomprehensible for me and the local post office. The package was found after a complaint was made via the sending post office and via an online form from the Austrian post office. According to the e-mail, no one was present and a pick-up slip had apparently been deposited. Both were wrong. The email did not contain any pickup information. The phone number could not be reached from abroad and the email asking for a new delivery or pick-up dates was not answered. On February 8th I received my package back. I find it absolutely sad that Amazon can deliver goods reliably and cheaply within a few days, but a personal gift is no longer possible.
X	Xaelta Hs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute das erste Mal in dieser Filiale. Leider war meine Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend, da ich von einer Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich bedient wurde. Zudem wurde mir erklärt, dass ich das nächste Mal meine Pakete selbstständig in der Versandbox aufgeben sollte. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass der freundliche und respektvolle Umgang, den man in kundennahen Berufen haben sollte, nicht vorhanden war. I was in this branch for the first time today. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing as I was served very rudely by a member of the staff. I was also told that the next time I should put my parcels in the shipping box on my own. I think it is a shame that the friendly and respectful interaction that one should have in customer-oriented professions did not exist.
C	Christian Köck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zum X-ten mal klingelt der oder die PostlerIn nicht und hinterlässt einfach eine Abholbestätigung, diese sogar noch auf offener Straße, wo sie jeder mitnehmen könnte. Wenn der oder die PostlerIn sich schon die Mühe macht, den Zettel an die Klingel zu hängen, dann könnte er oder sie gleich klingeln. Würde das ein Mal passieren wäre es ja vertretbar, aber für jedes Paket muss ich in die Filiale fahren und dort mein Paket abholen. Dann kann ich gleich zum Geschäft fahren und mir dort meine Sachen holen. Das ist ja dann doch irgendwie gegen den Sinn der Post, dass die Sachen zu mir kommen und ich nicht zu ihnen. For the umpteenth time, the postman doesn't ring the bell and simply leaves a pick-up confirmation, even on the street where anyone could take it. If the postman goes to the trouble of hanging the note on the bell, then he or she could ring the bell right away. If that happened once, it would be justifiable, but for every package I have to drive to the branch and pick up my package there. Then I can go straight to the store and get my things there. It's somehow against the spirit of the post that things come to me and I don't come to them.
P	PA96 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als aller erstes lag auf dem Tisch einfach ein Paket und nach meiner Recherche hat die Person die das Paket gehört hat nicht einmal gewusst das ihr Paket da einfach um 21:00 rumliegt und halb aufgerissen worden ist. Zudem finde ich den Service ja klasse das man auch zu Zeiten in die Filiale betreten kann, wenn alles andere geschlossen hat, aber es schaut teilweise so aus als würden da Obdachlose ihre Mahlzeit genießen oder deppen meinen die Filiale sei eine Mülldeponie. Ist mir egal ob das die Kunden sind oder nicht, ihr habt dafür zu sorgen das es nicht so ausschaut!!! First of all there was just a package on the table and according to my research, the person who heard the package didn't even know that their package was lying around at 9:00 p.m. and was half torn open. I also think the service is great, that you can also enter the branch at times when everything else is closed, but it sometimes looks like homeless people are enjoying their meal there or idiots think the branch is a garbage dump. I don't care if they are the customers or not, you have to make sure it doesn't look like that!!!
