Best gym in Graz! Friendly monitors, cool training atmosphere and high quality dumbells, barbells and machines! I would definitely recomend it to people who love training

It is always a pleasure to train there. Whenever I'm in the studio everything is cleaned up and orderly. The trainers present are also quite competent and are always pumped to help and improve the trainees workout routine. This is true for the whole staff, which is mind boggling since in my experience, trainers usually are only there to open the place up and close it at the appropriate time. Not in this studio though, which is such a nice improvement, I tell you what. I was blown away by the amount of dedication they invest into this. My personal favorite trainer there is without a doubt Predy. He was also the guy that signed me up there in the first place. Well at first I was skeptical since the sales pitches in Fitness Centers sound always very alike and while everything sounds promising, in the end I usually was left in disappointment. I'm so glad that this was not the case with him. We got right to work at the first opportunity and made up a perfect trainings routine for my current physical state. He pushed me to see what I can do and where my current limitations were. We made up a trainings plan together and alternate the exercises regularity to keep up with my development which is very nice. With this the training routine also doesn't get stale which positively feeds into the motivational levels for training. Well overall for me training there is a quite wholesome experience and if you are currently searching for a new place to train, you should check them out! tl;dr: Training there is highly recommended and you should check it out. Ask Predy for help with trainings routine and nutrition.

I cannot believe that companies like this still exists! Nobody contacted me about the information that my contract was almost over, and than they just extended the validity of contract on their own, and when I wanted to close the contract.
