J	Johannes Mandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich mir 15 Minuten anhören muss, wie der Mitarbeiter eine Kundin beim Kauf von Kopfhörern schlichtweg fachlich falsch und schlecht berät (weil beide null Ahnung von Technik haben) und ich deshalb warten muss, bis ich eine Briefmarke kaufen kann, ist einfach fragwürdig... If I have to listen for 15 minutes to the employee giving a customer simply wrong and bad advice on the purchase of headphones (because both have no idea about technology) and I have to wait until I can buy a stamp, it's simply questionable .. .

Der einzige der immer nett war war der Filialleiter, die Frauen sind arrogant, herablassend und unhöflich! Unfriendly staff, waiting times of 20 minutes are not uncommon, so you can forget to fetch a pack before work, unless you plan in 1/2 hour for it. The only one who was always nice was the branch manager, the women are arrogant, condescending and rude!
L	Lisa Feldbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Abstellgenehmigung wurde mein Paket zu dieser Station gebracht, aber nicht zur SB-Zone, sondern man muss zum Schalter. Öffnungszeiten sind sowieso schon sehr schwierig für Berufstätige. Wo man parken darf und wo nicht, ist auch nicht gut ersichtlich, lediglich ein Hinweisschild vor der Türe weist darauf hin, dass man aufpassen soll wo man parkt. Aber welche Parkplätze zur Post gehören, ist nicht ersichtlich. Jedenfalls muss man wohl mind. 15 Min vor der offiziellen Schlusszeit kommen, ich war an einem Dienstag um 17:21 Uhr da, und die Mitarbeiterin hat gerade die Türe verschlossen und habe somit kein Paket erhalten.. Nicht praktikabel, ich bin froh, dass ich nicht oft hin muss. Despite having a parking permit, my package was brought to this station, but not to the self-service zone, you have to go to the counter. Opening times are very difficult for working people anyway. It is not easy to see where you are allowed to park and where not, only a sign in front of the door indicates that you should be careful where you park. But it is not clear which parking spaces belong to the post office. In any case, you have to come at least 15 minutes before the official closing time, I was there on a Tuesday at 5:21 pm, and the employee has just locked the door and has therefore not received a package. Not practical, I'm glad I don't have to go there often.

Sehr cool! Today there was an extremely friendly young employee in the branch who, with his brisk, motivated and funny manner, shortened the waiting time for customers! Very cool!

Panduc ist jetzt endlich mal ein freundlicher Mensch mit Kundenservice Gedanken in dieser Filiale gewesen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Gerade in Zeiten wie diesem braucht es freundliche Menschen mit Hirn!!!! I have lived here for a good 7 years and regularly give up parcels here. With Mr. Pandric or Panduc has finally been a friendly person with customer service thoughts in this branch. Thank you very much for that! Especially in times like this you need friendly people with a brain !!!!
M	Michael de Wijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche hilfreiche Mitarbeiter, SB Zone zum Abholen und Retourschicken funktioniert meist super. Parken ist etwas knifflig und nicht üppig. Friendly, helpful employees, self-service zone for picking up and sending back usually works great. Parking is a bit tricky and not lavish.

Die vierzehn Euro (plus das Geld dass ich noch extra für den "Service" des versendens am Schalter bezahlen musste) kamen nie an. Ab zohne takes the money and does not print out any parcel labels. Refund takes 40 (!!!) minutes in the branch. The money has been transferred. The fourteen euros (plus the money I had to pay extra for the "service" of shipping at the counter) never arrived.
