Meine 78 jährige Mutter, wollte ihren Enkelkindern zum bevorstehenden Geburtstag einen Brief schicken und zuvor am Filialinternen Bankomaten noch etwas Geld abheben um dies jeweils in den Brief für Ihre Zwillingsenkel beizugeben. Aufgrund ihres Alters und kürzlich erst überstandener schwerer Erkrankung kam sie mit dem Bankomaten nicht so zurecht wie gedacht und brauchte längere Zeit für die Behebung. Als sie das Geld schlussendlich in Händen hielt war es 17.58h und ein paar Sekunden. Der Security schlug uns die Türe zum Schalterraum vor der Nase zu mit dem Hinweis die Kasse sei schon geschlossen - heute nicht mehr!!!!!!! So geht man einfach nicht mit Kunden um - UNMÖGLICH!!!!!! Immerhin lief ich in meinem Bemühen meiner Mutter zu helfen zum Businessbereich, dort konnten sie mich zwar auch nicht bedienen, ein diesmal wirklich freundlicher Post-Mitarbeiter gab mir allerdings immerhin den Hinweis mit dem Frankierautomaten mit Möglichkeit auch hier Einschreiben zu frankieren und in den Briefkasten vor der Türe einzuwerfen - der war nett! Das Stammpersonal in dem "normalen" Kundenbereich ist jedoch einfach nur "zum Abgewöhnen"!!! Chosen unfriendly staff. My 78 year old mother wanted to send her grandchildren a letter for their upcoming birthday and beforehand to withdraw some money from the in-house ATM to include this in the letter for her twin grandchildren. Due to her age and recently recovered from a serious illness, she was not able to cope with the ATM as expected and it took a long time to correct it. When she finally held the money in her hands, it was 5:58 p.m. and a few seconds. The security slammed the door to the counter in front of us with the note that the cash register was already closed - not anymore today !!!!!!! That's just not how you deal with customers - IMPOSSIBLE !!!!!! After all, in an effort to help my mother, I ran to the business area, they could not serve me there either, but this time a really friendly postal worker gave me the hint with the franking machine with the option of franking registered mail and in the mailbox throwing the door - that was nice! The regular staff in the "normal" customer area is just "to wean off" !!!

Oder liegt es lediglich daran, dass die beiden Mitarbeiter, die heute am Schalter tätig waren, der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind? Selten habe ich so unfreundliches Personal gesehen! Is it normal for you to address older women with "you"? Or is it just because the two employees who worked at the counter today do not speak German? I have seldom seen such unfriendly staff!
K	Kirsten Karaarslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab gerade ein schreckliche Erlebnis gehabt beim Postamt am Bahnhof. Die Dame am Schalter schreit von hinten der Schalter: "Maske!!!!" Ohne guten Morgen, ohne Grüssgot. Ich verstehe das es sicher nicht leicht ist um am Bahnhof zu arbeiten, aber sie ist immer noch in Dienstleistung der Österreichischen Post. Respekt ist sehr wichtig, das ist keine Umgang. Just had a terrible experience at the post office at the train station. The lady at the counter yells from behind the counter: "Mask !!!!" Without good morning, without greetings. I understand that it is certainly not easy to work at the train station, but she is still in the service of the Austrian Post. Respect is very important, this is not dealing with.
M	Michaela Kirchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wo habt ihr bitte dieses Grottenschlechte Personal gefunden? Kommen diese Mitarbeiter direkt über eine Stiftung für schwervermittelbare Langzeitarbeitslose? Bitte stellt richtiges Fachpersonal ein und nicht so letztklassige Deppen. Wow ich bin wirklich verwundet und entsetzt zugleich. Bitte besetzt einmal die komplette Filiale NEU! Da ist es um einen einzigen Mitarbeiter schade. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel an der Filiale in der Schrannengasse. Die ist nämlich erstklassig. Where did you find this horrid staff please? Do these employees come directly from a foundation for hard-to-place long-term unemployed? Please hire real professionals and not second-rate idiots. Wow I'm really wounded and horrified at the same time. Please mann the entire branch NEW! It's a shame about one employee. Take the Schrannengasse branch as an example. 'Cause it's first class.
M	Mar Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die MA35 der Postfilialen. Da kann sich die Post wirklich mal was einfallen lassen um diese Filiale wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. Diese Mitarbeiter sind einfach nicht haltbar. The MA35 of the post offices. The post office can really come up with something to bring this branch back into shape. These employees are simply not sustainable.
T	Thomas Mustermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frau Mitte 20 mit brünetten Haaren und brauner Brille steht’s Schalter, sie kann nicht Grüßen , kann nicht danke sagen spricht mich mit du an, sagt mir was man darf und was nicht. Sie sagt was das mit so wenig Geld will, da mir ihr Kollegen einen falschen Preis genannt hat. Sie sagt dass ich sicher auch schon Fehler gemacht habe. Das Betreten dieser post ist tatsächlich ein Fehler. Schade, war schon viel , viel besser. A woman in her mid-20s with brunette hair and brown glasses stands at the counter, she can't say hello, can't say thank you, addresses me as you, tells me what's allowed and what's not. She says what that wants with so little money because her colleague gave me the wrong price. She says I've made mistakes too. Entering this post is actually a mistake. Too bad, was much, much better.

I asked for help because the printer is in German and they told me they cannot help me because it is a self-service. A nice guy (customer) offered to translate the printer for me but even he couldn't figure out how to make it work. It was very disappointing to see people be so cold and having a "not my job" attitude. Please train your staff to do better and to be willing to help the customer. Thank you.
