★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well stocked with all you could need and more. For weary travellers getting off a late train, it was like seeing an oasis in the desert. I picked up a couple of cans of Becks which really hit the spot. The shop itself is well sited and busy enough even at 10:30 to feel safe. It seems clean, well stocked, and well staffed.

However the market is too small, too many people who are trying to get around - often aimless, very busy customers with little patience, self check out is horrible because of confused tourists (hint: the staff is helpful, take the regular check out! It is easier that way, even if your German or English is not too good). Try to avoid at peak hours and during Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well assorted and not too expensive. Helpful staff. However, especially in times of COVID-19 some regulations/restrictions (face masks, limited number of people inside, etc.) would have been mandatory.
Central and therefore easy to get by.

Operates long hours and is popular with both tourists n locals. Plenty of counters to check out. Self service counters that accepts cash are available too
