D	Dasho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrtes Post Team, wir schätzen sehr eure anspruchsvolle Arbeit und sind dankbar für eure Leistungen auch in Zukunft. Auch die neue schöne Filiale in der Strubergasse 18, 5020 Salzburg mit dem tollen Konzept 24h Service finden wir gut. Auch wenn die Filiale schön und super ist möchten wir trotzdem nicht jedes zweite Paket bei euch abholen. Wir haben es am Freitag, den 14.02.2020 getestet und uns Gedanken darüber gemacht warum der Postbote ins Gebäude reingeht aber uns nicht mit der Klingel benachrichtigt. Wenn Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter unter Druck setzten, dass er sich die Mühe nicht macht das Paket auszuliefern wegen dem Zeitdruck, dann Planen Sie es so, dass auch der Nette Postbote die Zeit sich nimmt. Wenn der Postbote einen schlechten Tag gehabt hat verzeihen wir es. Bei Häufigen auftreten wie es der Fall ist bitten wir Sie etwas zu unternehmen. Ich weiß, dass es eine Menge Arbeit ist und mit viel stress verbunden ist aber das end Ergebnis soll ein glücklicher zufriedener Kunde sein, wenn das nicht gelingt, schätzt auch ein Kunde die Arbeit dazwischen nicht. We also like the new, beautiful branch at Strubergasse 18, 5020 Salzburg with the great 24-hour service concept. Even if the branch is nice and great, we don't want to pick up every second package from you. We tested it on Friday, February 14th, 2020 and thought about why the postman is going into the building but did not notify us with the bell. If you put your employees under pressure that he does not bother to deliver the package because of the time pressure, then plan it so that the nice postman also takes the time. If the postman has had a bad day, we'll forgive you. If there are frequent occurrences, as is the case, please do something. I know it's a lot of work and a lot of stress, but the end result should be a happy, satisfied customer, if that doesn't work, a customer doesn't appreciate the work in between. Hier wird nur diese Filiale bewertet, nicht der Postbote, der nicht läutet obwohl man den ganzen Tag wartet, sich sogar extra frei nimmt ..schade, kann man nicht ändern ? I personally am enthusiastic about the employees of this branch! Service, help and friendliness is top! Only this branch is rated here, not the postman who doesn't ring the bell even though you wait all day, even take extra time off .. too bad you can't change nicht

Schlimm ist das ich mir jedesmal extra frei nehmen muss um meine Pakete holen zu können, anstatt sie in die Selbstabholstation zu stecken. Far too slow for a post. Has more of a museum. It's bad that I have to take extra time off every time to be able to pick up my parcels instead of putting them in the self-collection station.

E	Emma Roodbergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady behind the counter told me my letter would not fit through the mailbox opening and when she tried again after I asked her, it obviously did fit but she still made me pay the full price for a package. So petty. Overall, my experiences with this particular post office have been that the staff is unfriendly and seem to be on some kind of power-high. Never sending anything through there again.
