t	thipin - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich nicht jeder Postfiliale in Österreich eine schlechte Rezension geben. Es ist ein Trend geworden, dass die Postboten nicht mal mehr anläuten. Ich habe bereits mehrere beschwerden an die AG geschrieben. Entweder es funktioniert etwas nicht mit dem Konzern selbst oder mit dem Postboten nicht. Es wird immer hin und her geschoben und niemand kann etwas dafür. :) Es tut mir echt leid aber DHL, Fedex usw. sind weitaus bessere Kuriere geworden. Früher war ich sehr überzeugt. Jetzt leider nicht mehr. Wenn ich die Post umgehen kann lass ich mir immer alles per "Premium Versand" schicken. Dann muss ich wenigstens nicht in die Filiale gehen und diskutieren wieso es schon wieder nicht möglich war einfach anzuläuten. PS: Diesmal wurde nicht mal eine Abholbescheinigung in den Postkasten geworfen. Unfortunately, I cannot give every post office in Austria a bad review. It has become a trend that the postmen don't even ring the bell anymore. I have already written several complaints to the working group. Either there is something wrong with the company itself or with the postman. It is always pushed back and forth and nobody can help it. :) I'm really sorry, but DHL, Fedex etc. have become much better couriers. I used to be very convinced. Unfortunately not anymore. If I can bypass the post office, I always have everything sent to me via "premium shipping". Then at least I don't have to go to the branch and discuss why it wasn't possible to just ring the bell again. PS: This time not even a collection certificate was thrown in the mailbox.
N	Nora K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale ist mehr als wertvoll, nicht nur vom Standort her. Die Dame und die beiden Herren dort sind wirklich sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was die Zustellschwierigkeiten betreffen, kann ich mich dem vorigen Rezensionsschreiber leider voll anschließen, doch dafür kann die Filiale/ deren Mitarbeiter wirklich nichts. Ich habe solche Vorfälle immer direkt vor Ort angesprochen und idR lösen können. The branch is more than valuable, and not just because of its location. The lady and the two gentlemen there are really very attentive, friendly and helpful. As far as the delivery difficulties are concerned, I can unfortunately fully agree with the previous reviewer, but the branch / its employees can't really do anything about it. I have always addressed such incidents directly on site and usually been able to solve them.
