Der Herr am Telefon meinte er ist am Weg aber ich weiß nicht ob man für 10 kilometer zwei Stunden braucht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ein verlorener Kunde. Der Lieferant der Pizeria hat meine Mutter, die gar nicht zuhause war und nicht die jenige war die die Pizza bestellt hat, angerufen und sehr unhöflich beschimmpft. Als ich dann nach draußen gegangen bin um die Pizza ab zu holen, hat mich der Lieferant nicht angeschaut, nicht begrüßt und hat mir einfach die Pizza in die Hand gedrückt. Er ist darauf hin ohne irgendwas zu sagen zurück zu seinem Auto gegangen und hat wärend er sich auf den Weg gemacht hat noch gesagt, dass die Getränke am Boden stehen. Ich hatte keine Hand frei sie auf zu heben und musste ein zweites mal gehen. Wir haben dann bei der Pizzeria "Casa Papa" angerufen und uns lautstark beschwert. Der Chef der Pizzeria hat nicht sehr freundlich gewirkt. Außerdem war das Essen kalt und nicht besonders gut. Fazit: Die Pizzeria "Casa Papa" ist äußerst unhöflich, assozial, frech und hat schlechtes Essen! We recently ordered pizza and drinks for the whole family from the pizzeria "Casa Papa" in Purkersdorf. The supplier of the Pizeria called my mother, who was not at home and was not the one who ordered the pizza, and insulted me very rudely. When I went outside to pick up the pizza, the delivery man didn't look at me, didn't say hello and just gave me the pizza. He went back to his car without saying anything and said while he was on his way that the drinks were on the ground. I didn't have a free hand to pick it up and had to go a second time. We then called the pizzeria "Casa Papa" and complained loudly. The pizzeria chef didn't seem very friendly. Also, the food was cold and not particularly good. Conclusion: The pizzeria "Casa Papa" is extremely rude, associal, cheeky and has bad food!
