Aufgrund meiner sensiblen Haut war ich in der Vergangenheit schon bei vielen verschiedenen Hautärzten und keiner hatte sich so kompetent um meine Probleme gekümmert. Auch die Sprechstundenhilfe und AssistentInnen sind sehr bemüht und höflich! Very competent and friendly dermatologist! Because of my sensitive skin, I have been to many different dermatologists in the past and none of them dealt with my problems as competently. The office hours and assistants are also very helpful and polite!

Dr. Honetz nimmt sich Zeit und ist fachlich sehr kompetent. Auch die Ordinationsassistentinnen waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. I was very happy with the treatment and am pleased to finally have found a dermatologist, in which I feel in good hands! Dr. Honetz takes his time and is technically very competent. Also, the ordination assistants were very friendly and tried hard.

Es geht mir ja in erster Linie um Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und das habe ich bekommen. Quick to get an appointment, nice receptionists, Doctor insanely nice-to recommend ? The equipment of the practice a little in need, which I do not really care. It's all about friendliness, competence and that's what I got.

Die Empfangsdame geht widerwillig ihrem Beruf nach und ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt freundlich. Der Arzt wirkt bemüht, ein Vertrauensverhältnis konnte jedoch nicht hergestellt werden. The waiting time for an appointment was very long. Upon entering the surgery, one has the feeling of entering an industrial object. The receptionist reluctantly pursues her profession and is never friendly. The doctor works hard, but a relationship of trust could not be established.
B	Bojci Vra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe jetzt schon öfter mit einer Ordinationsassistentin telefoniert, die lieber irgendwo im Keller ohne Menschenkontakt arbeiten sollte, anstatt bei einem Arzt. Sie will immer den genauen Grund des Termins wissen, als ob sie nicht selber nachschauen kann. Vielleicht ist man ja gerade in der Ubahn oder im Bus und möchte nicht dass alle es erfahren. Sie antwortete nur sehr gehässig und selbstgefällig. Ich wünschte einen Termin Vormittags oder Mittags. Als Vorschlag kam 9:15. Ich sagte nochmal, dass ich einen Termin ab Vormittags brauche. Ich denke 9:15 zählt in der Welt noch als "Früh". Bei dieser Dame anscheinend nicht. Sie lachte nur und sagte gehässig "Aha, 9:15 ist also früh". Ich beschwerte mich über ihre unfreundliche Art und von ihr kamen nur schnippische Antworten , unter anderem "Was isn heute los, is Vollmond oder was" . Bitte??? Ist das eine Art mit Patienten zu sprechen? Ekelhaft so ein Verhalten! Und wie gesagt, diese Dame ist bis jetzt bei jedem Anruf so gewesen. Ich weiß nicht wie die anderen Assistentinnen sind, aber das ist wohl kaum zu überbieten. Arzt ist in Ordnung. I've been on the phone several times now with an office assistant who should rather work somewhere in the basement without human contact than with a doctor. She always wants to know the exact reason for the appointment, as if she can't look it up herself. Maybe you're on the subway or bus and don't want everyone to know. She only replied in a very spiteful and smug way. I would like an appointment in the morning or in the afternoon. 9:15 came as a suggestion. I said again that I need an appointment from the morning. I think 9:15 still counts as early in the world. Apparently not with this lady. She just laughed and said spitefully "Aha, so 9:15 is early". I complained about her unfriendly manner and only snippy answers came from her, including "What's going on today, is there a full moon or what?". You're welcome??? Is that a way of talking to patients? Such disgusting behavior! And as I said, this lady has been like this on every call so far. I don't know about the other assistants, but that's hard to beat. doctor is ok.
R	Rudolf Marschitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großartiger Arzt, sehr bemüht, kompetent, gründlich und freundlich, wenn man ihn etwas länger kennt. Daher sehr frequentiert, was unter Umständen längere Wartezeiten zur Folge hat. Jedenfalls der Beste, der mir in den letzten 60 Jahren unter gekommen ist! Bin sehr froh!! Great doctor, very caring, competent, thorough and friendly once you have known him a little longer. Therefore very busy, which may result in longer waiting times. At least the best I've come across in the last 60 years! Am very happy!!
Y	Yv K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren, da mein Mann schon mal dort war, zur Routineuntersuchung mit den Kindern dort. Er nimmt keine neuen Patienten, dass sollte aber nicht in eine Kritik einfließen, sondern da wäre eine Beschwerde bei der Krankenkasse über Kassenärztemangel bei Hautärzte besser. Termin haben wir ein halbes Jahr vorher ausgemacht, was auch zeigt wie voll der Arzt ist. Wartezeit war max 20 min. Der Arzt selbst ist sehr gründlich, freundlichen genau und klärt offene Fragen kompetent ab! Einer der besten Ärzte bisher denen ich begegnet bin.
