Zuerst ein komputer hat nicht funktioniert, dann Mitarbeiter Erdem Saibaya hat ein großer Fehler in Postvollmacht gemacht- er hat umgetauscht die Namen; sie haben stornieren und dann wieder haben gemacht. Eine Katastrophe You have 3 days a mailing authority made for me. It was amazing. Die Konditionen vor allem für das Geschäftskonto sind sehr gut und fair sowie transparent auf der Homepage angeführt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist dank Herrn Plankensteiner super! Auch ist die Bank was Apple Pay und Master Card Debit betrifft (folgt in kürze) sehr weit und dafür das Sie noch kein Jahr besteht anderen großen Banken weit voraus. Ich habe den Eindruck man bemüht sich sehr ein gutes Angebot herzustellen und das der Kunde im Fokus steht. I have a business account and a simple private account and a savings card. Es gab im Dezember immer einen sehr zuvorkommenden Jungen Mitarbeiter bei dem man gerne Pakete abgeholt hat und abgegeben hat. Seit geraumer Zeit sind vor Ort immer nur sehr unfreundliche und auch recht inkompetente Mitarbeiter die unterschiedliche Auskünfte geben. Die Probleme die ich mit der Filiale schon hatte, würden ein Buch füllen. (Paket zerstört, Pakete verloren, Paket nicht auffindbar, etc.) Die Öffnungszeiten sind auch eine Katastrophe. Seit dem ich die unfreundlichen Aussagen nicht mehr hinnehme ist es gefühlt noch schlimmer geworden. Die Wartezeit ist nie unter 15 Minuten und gefühlt im Mittel bei etwa 25 Minuten.
