ich warte schon seit einer Woche auf meinen Brief.Heute öffnete ich mein Postfach und entdeckte drei Briefe.Ich war zuerst sehr froh darüber, bis ich gesehen habe dass kein einziger Brief an mich gerichtet war.Bei meinen Nachbarn war es das gleiche und jetzt habe ich keine Ahnung wo mein Brief ist.
ER IST SEHR SEHR WICHTIG WIE KANN MAN SOWAS MACHEN!!

I've been waiting for my letter for a week. Today I opened my mailbox and discovered three letters. At first I was very happy about it, until I saw that not a single letter was addressed to me. With my neighbors it was the same and now has I have no idea where my letter is.
IT'S VERY, VERY IMPORTANT HOW CAN YOU DO THIS !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Filiale besucht, um einige Briefe aufzugeben und eine Rolle Rekozettel zu holen.
Wurde von einer recht unhöflichen jungen Dame bedient, die tatsächlich nicht wusste, was Rekozettel sind (es handelt sich um die roten Klebeetiketten für eingeschriebene Briefsendungen mit aufgedrucktem S10-Code und einem Barcode).
Habe der Dame dann das aussehen der Rekozettel beschrieben, auch damit konnte sie nix anfangen. Bin daraufhin zur Filiale 6022 gefahren und habe sofort meine Rekozettel erhalten.
Inkompetenz auf unterstem Niveau.
I went to the branch to post a few letters and to get a roll of receipts.
Was served by a rather rude young lady who actually didn't know what recoil notes were (these are the red adhesive labels for registered letters with an S10 code and a barcode printed on them).
Then I described the look of the receipt to the lady, she couldn't do anything with that either. Then I drove to branch 6022 and immediately received my recoil slip.
Incompetence at the lowest level.
