b	brigitte pokorny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls dieser ungehobelte Mensch eine leitende Position über hat, das würde mich sehr wundern, sind sicher auch nette kompetente Menschen in dieser Filiale, aber der jenige der sich sehr wichtig macht, komplett ohne Manieren und Niveau würde in der Privatwirtschaft nicht alt werden! Werde diese Filiale nie mehr benutzen und auch keine gute Werbung darüber machen, in einem Lager hat man keinen Kundenkontakt, wäre dort fast besser aufgehoben. Ich selbst bin über 40 Jahre im Berufsleben, in leitender Funktion. Manche Dienstleister vergessen dass es das Wort "dienen"beinhaltet.Hat nichts mit Unterwürfigkeit zu tun, einfach den Kunden zufrieden stellen und vielleicht mit lächeln als mit Arroganz. If this uncouth person has a managerial position, I would be very surprised, there are certainly nice, competent people in this branch, but the one who makes himself very important, completely without manners and level would not grow old in the private sector! I will never use this branch again and will not do any good advertising about it, in a warehouse you have no customer contact, would almost be better off there. I myself have been in professional life for over 40 years in a managerial position. Some service providers forget that it includes the word "serve". Has nothing to do with submissiveness, just satisfying the customer, and perhaps smiling rather than arrogance.
L	Leia Lanschuetzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaum zu glauben, welche Vielfalt menschlicher Qualitäten, in der Filiale am Marktplatz, in einem 3 Minütigen Besuch zu entdecken sind. Neben respeklosem Umgang, stößt man hier zusätzlich auf Frauenfeindlichkeit, sowie niveauloses Verhalten. Der Herr, welcher eine leitende Persönlichkeit zu sein scheint, nimmt sich kein Blatt vor den Mund und beschimpft und beleidigt einfach drauf los. Wer sich gerne diskriminieren und grundlos anschreien lässt ist in dieser Filiale genau richtig! :-) It's hard to believe what diversity of human qualities can be discovered in the branch on the market square in a 3-minute visit. In addition to disrespectful interaction, one also encounters misogyny and level behavior. The gentleman, who seems to be a leading personality, does not mince his words and just insults and insults straight away. If you like to be discriminated against and yelled at for no reason, this branch is the right place for you! :-)

Nachdem ich mehrmals erklärt hatte, dass ich keine Bestätigungsemail von der Post bekommen hatte (die braucht man wohl, wenn man ein Paket abholen möchte), ist die Angestellte 20 Minuten darauf bestenden, dass ich nochmal die Email checke, weil ich die ja "bekommen haben MUSS". Nachdem ich mehrere Male auch den Spam Ordner kontrolliert habe und ihr angeboten habe, dass sie es mit meinem Handy verifiziert, hat sie sich endlich bereit erklärt, das selber im System nachzuschauen (hat 2 Sekunden gedauert). Dass man sich fast streiten muss, bevor man Hilfe bekommt, hatte ich sonst nie erlebt. Extremely disrespectful, unfriendly treatment of customers. After I had stated several times that I had not received a confirmation email from the post office (you probably need one if you want to pick up a package), the clerk insisted for 20 minutes that I check the email again because I got it must have". After I checked the spam folder several times and offered her to verify it with my cell phone, she finally agreed to look it up in the system herself (took 2 seconds). I had never experienced otherwise that you almost have to argue before you get help.
V	Verena Christianus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war dort, um Pakete zu verschicken. Die mitarbeiterin am ersten Schalter von rechts war sowas von sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Was auch nicht das erste mal war. Auch wenn die Post nicht direkt bei mir in der Nähe ist werde ich ausschließlich immer wieder dort hinfahren. In der Filiale ist manchmal viel los, aber da es einige Schalter gibt, muss man nicht lange warten. Die Angestellten sind eigentlich alle sehr nett und freundlich. Danke schön für Beratung und Hilfe. I was there to send packages. The employee at the first counter from the right was so friendly and helpful! Which wasn't the first time either. Even if the post office is not close by, I will always go there again and again. The branch is sometimes busy, but as there are a few counters, you don't have to wait long. The employees are actually all very nice and friendly. Thank you for advice and help.

A	Anet Mertová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to find anyone who will help you in English. The staff is okay, not too nice but not shabby, your regular bored, slow, laid-back post staff. For the money I am paying for the shipping I would expect a better service. I had a few packages that did not arrive at all and got lost in the transport. But other than that most of stuff got delivered within a reasonable time.
