★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte eine Wohnung besichtigen, hätte dafür alle persönlichen Daten (IBAN, BIC, Sozialversicherungsnummer, etc.) angeben müssen. Weigerte mich die genanneten Daten anzugeben und bekam auch keine Rückmeldung. Riecht sehr nach Scam.
If you wanted to view an apartment, you would have to provide all your personal data (IBAN, BIC, social security number, etc.). Refused to give me the mentioned data and got no response. Smells a lot like scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfähige Hausverwaltung, lässt die Themen liegen, Versäumnisse kosten der WE viel Geld. Leider ist man gemäß WEG mit einer Hausverwaltung verhaftet und kann sich nur mit Mühe trennen.
Incompetent property management, leaves the issues, omissions cost the WE a lot of money. Unfortunately, according to the WEG, one is arrested with a property management company and can only separate with difficulty.
