Meine Bitte um Reservierung der gleichen Bluse für Samstag in einer Woche (9 Tage) wurde rigoros abgelehnt, es werden Teile nur für einen Tag weggelegt. Wenn man also nicht täglich vor Ort ist hat man Pech gehabt, man kann´s ja noch einmal versuchen (O-Ton) einen Tag vorher wieder anzurufen. So werden Reklamationen behandelt in diesem Geschäft! This is what the blouse looks like, unworn, bought 6 days ago and washed by hand once. My request to reserve the same blouse for Saturday in a week (9 days) was rigorously rejected, parts are only put aside for one day. If you are not on site every day you have bad luck, you can try again (original sound) to call again the day before. This is how complaints are dealt with in this business!

Im ersten Stock geht man nach rechts in einen abgetrennten Bereich und sieht eine große Tafel „-50%“. Wir wurden auch fündig. Leider galt diese Reduktion nicht auf alle dort befindlichen Stücke… Die Etiketten selbst waren nicht gekennzeichnet… das wäre wohl zu viel Arbeitsaufwand gewesen… Der Gipfel war jedoch dann die Aussage der Dame an der Kasse: jeder andere Kunde hätte dieses System durchschaut… Eine sehr respektlose Bemerkung, besonders meiner 80jährigen Mutter gegenüber.
