Ja, wir hatten keinen Plan und wie andre schon sagen war die Beratung etwas hantiger, aber da merkt man, dass ein Verkäufer Ahnung hat. Haben schlussendlich einige Tuben Plastikkleber gekauft und als wir noch gefragt haben wo wir so einen Roller zum glattstreichen der Klebeverbindung bekommen, hat uns der Verkäufer sein altes Werkzeug geschenkt. Das war klasse Also auch wenn ich andre Bewertungen hier nachvollziehen kann und ich mir auch immer freundliche und positive Händler-Kundenbegegungen wünsche ist das nicht immer so. Aber fachlich wars für mich/uns aufjedenfall gut. Hmm, it's been a long time since I was there. We asked around about the possibility of connecting plastic tarpaulins and got advice. Yes, we had no plan and, as others have said, the advice was a bit more fiddly, but you can tell that a seller has a clue. Finally bought some tubes of plastic glue and when we asked where we could get a roller to smooth the adhesive connection, the seller gave us his old tool. That was great So even if I can understand other reviews here and I always want friendly and positive dealer customer encounters, that's not always the case. But technically it was definitely good for me / us.

Mag schon sein, das ich kein Planenprofi bin, aber gute Vorschläge zur Realisierung wären sinnvoller gewesen als alles nur als schwachsinnige Idee abzuurteilen. So behandel man definitiv keinen Kunden! I can only agree with Philip in full: Had a special order been required and was treated like a complete idiot. It may be that I am not a tarpaulin professional, but good suggestions for implementation would have made more sense than to judge everything as a foolish idea. This is definitely not how you treat a customer!

Da steht: Spezialanfertigungen - Da wir eine langjährige Erfahrung bei Sonderanfertigungen besitzen, ist es uns möglich, auf viele Sonderwünsche unserer Kunden einzugehen. Nur - kein Interesse daran! Als Antwort bekam ich: erst im Winter bzw für solche Kinkerlitzchen haben wir keine Zeit! (Originalzitat) ...die sehen mich definitiv NIE wieder! ...unfriendly! Probably don't need customers! I checked the website beforehand. It says: Custom-made products - As we have many years of experience with custom-made products, we are able to respond to many of our customers' special requests. Just - no interest in it! The answer I received was: We don't have time until winter or for such kinkeritzchen! (Original quote) ... they will definitely NEVER see me again!
P	Phillip Kofler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich schon am Telefon, keine konkrekten Auskünfte, noch bevor die Firma das Auftragsvolumen kennt, wird man gleich abgewimmelt. Hoffe für die Herrschaften, dass mal keine wirtschaftlich schlechten Zeiten anbrechen... Trotzdem alles Gute! Positiv war, dass man mir irgendwie eine andere Firma irgendwo nennen konnte, die das vielleicht irgendwie machen kann. Unfriendly already on the phone, no konkrekten information, even before the company knows the order volume, one is immediately abgewimmelt. Hope for the gentlemen, that times do not start economically bad times ... Nevertheless, all the best! On the positive side, somehow I could call someone another company somewhere that could somehow do it.
m	mar Les on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir haben 2016 unsere Terrasse und Keller Abgang teilweise entfernenen müssen laut Kleingarten Gesetz und haben nach maß planen von Potzmann anfertigen lassen diese sind heute noch wie am ersten tag. Herr Potzmann hat uns bestens und mit viel Erfahrung beraten ich kann Ihn jeden weiterempfehlen In 2016, we had to partially remove our terrace and cellar outlets according to the allotment garden law and had Potzmann produce made-to-measure plans these are still the same today as they were on the first day. Mr. Potzmann advised us very well and with a lot of experience I can recommend him to everyone
S	Solene Dengler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der einzige in Wien der Ösen auf Vorhänge anbringen kann! Ich habe 5 Leute anrufen müssen und 10 foren durchvorsten bevor ichs edlich gefunden habe. Nicht unbedingt günstig das ganze aber das Material kostet und der Service war genial (20 Minuten sofort erledigt). Außerdem ist das Problem eh das wir uns nur daran gewöhnt haben dass ein Vorhang 5 Euro kostet weil es aus Plastik ist, Schrott und vermutlich nicht ethisch oder nachhaltig produziert wurde. Ich kanns nur empfehlen. The only one in Vienna who can put eyelets on curtains! I had to call 5 people and go through 10 forums before I found it. Not necessarily cheap, but the material costs and the service was great (20 minutes immediately). In addition, the problem is anyway that we have only got used to the fact that a curtain costs 5 euros because it is made of plastic, scrap and probably not ethically or sustainably produced. I can only recommend it.
H	HP Pedals (Heavy Pedals) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können die anderen Rezensionen nur bedingt nachvollziehen, wir haben immer wieder kleine Reparaturen an unseren Planen direkt vor Ort und sofort zu einem fairen Preis erledigt bekommen. Der Inhaber mag manchen unfreundlich vorkommen, aber für mich zählt mehr die Fachexpertise als jemand der mir was einredet oder verkauft was ich gar nicht brauch oder was nicht sinnvoll ist. Knappe, auf den Punkt gebrachte Kommunikation ist nicht unfreundlich ;) We can only understand the other reviews to a limited extent, we have always had small repairs to our tarpaulins directly on site and immediately at a fair price. The owner may seem unfriendly to some, but for me the technical expertise counts more than someone who persuades me or sells what I don't need or what doesn't make sense. Brief, to the point communication is not unfriendly;)

Haben eine große Auswahl an Planenmaterialien, Zubehoer, usw. Sehr zum Empfehlen. Man merkt die Jahrzehnte lange Erfahrung. Komme gerne wieder!!! Very competent company! I already had some tarpaulins and covers made, everything always worked. Have a large selection of tarpaulin materials, accessories, etc. Highly recommended. You can tell the decades of experience. I would love to come again!
