Das ist dieser Firma weder eine Antwort wert noch hat sie einen Monteur vorbeigeschickt. I wrote a request for improvement in early December 2019 because one of the three sun blinds is totally distorted. This company is not worth an answer, nor has it sent a mechanic past.

Beratung ist hervorragend. Etwas chaotisch mit fehlender Kommunikation zwischenzeitlich, deswegen habe ich meine Bestellung erst nach 3 Wochen gehabt. Vor kurzem habe ich dort nochmal ein Set an Innenjalousien bestellt - alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Beratung war wieder hervorragend und der Auftrag kam bereits nach ca.1 Woche, obwohl 4 Wochen vorgesehen waren. Die gesamte Abwicklung von Anfang bis Ende war unkompliziert und verlief tadellos. Die Herren sind auf Details eingegangen und waren sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank! Two years ago I ordered reversible rods for blinds there. Products are flawless and the gentlemen on site are very friendly and hard-working. Advice is excellent. A bit chaotic with a lack of communication in the meantime, that's why I only received my order after 3 weeks. I recently ordered another set of indoor blinds there - everything went wonderfully. The advice was excellent again and the order came after about 1 week, although 4 weeks were planned. The entire process from start to finish was straightforward and went flawlessly. The gentlemen went into details and were very attentive. Thanks very much!

Wir wohnen zwar in keiner allzu lauten Gegend, aber wir konnten durch die Rollos sofort eine Geräuschreduzierung festellen, was das erste war, was gleich aufgefallen ist. Im Übrigen haben die beiden Herren, die die Montage vorgenommen haben, wirklich sehr schnell und trotzdem ordentlich gearbeitet. Meiner Meinung nach ist das heutzutage eine Seltenheit. Ich kann also ausschließlich Positives berichten und das Unternehmen nur schwerstnes weiterempfehlen. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Fast and uncomplicated on a serious and competent basis! Although we don't live in an area that is too noisy, we were able to immediately notice a reduction in noise through the roller blinds, which was the first thing that caught our eye. Incidentally, the two gentlemen who carried out the assembly really worked very quickly and still properly. In my opinion this is a rarity these days. So I can only report positive things and can only recommend the company with great difficulty.
