Am Mittwoch kamen zwei Monteure pünktlich und sehr freundlich.Zwei drei handgriffe und der schaden war behoben.Kein da brauchen wir das und jenes weil die Fenster schon alt sind.Ich war überglücklich und habe gleich die Firma weiter empfohlen. Sie verdienen mehr als fünf Sterne.Ich möchte heute nochmals danke sagen. I hung plastic windows on Tuesday, a big damage for me because the windows are over 25 years old. I contacted the company and had a friendly voice and good advice on the phone. On Wednesday two fitters arrived on time and very friendly. Two three steps and the damage was fixed. We don't need one or the other because the windows are old. I was overjoyed and immediately recommended the company. You deserve more than five stars, I want to say thank you again today.

Nach ein paar Wochen wurde eine kleine Korrektur schnell und auf Garantie durchgeführt. Die Firma wirkt professionell, die Terminvereinbarung ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe einen sehr guten Eindruck und würde die Firma weiterempfhelen. Die Dame von der Terminkoodinierung war sehr freundlich und engagiert und konnte bereits am nächsten Tag nach dem Anruf einen Termin einschieben! Die Fenstermonteure waren pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit da, ebenso sehr freundlich und haben in kürzester Zeit das Problem behoben. Bei einer anderen Firma hätte ich mind. 1 Woche auf einen Besichtigungstermin warten müssen. Alles in allem Top Service in schwierigen Zeiten! When I closed my window, it did not click into place properly, so that it could no longer be opened and was open a crack, where it then drew in cold. The lady from the appointment coordination was very friendly and committed and was able to insert an appointment the next day after the call! The window fitters were there on time at the agreed time, also very friendly and fixed the problem in no time. At another company I would have had to wait at least 1 week for a viewing appointment. All in all, top service in difficult times!
Z	ZiSt1989 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich engagierte die Firma Blick Mitte Oktober 2020, um meine desolat gewordene Balkon-Schiebetür richten zu lassen, sowie ein Fensterservice zu beauftragen. Der telefonische und äußerst nette Erstkontakt führte zu einem persönlichen Gespräch wenige Tage später. Die beiden Handwerker (darunter der Chef) waren fachkundig und freundlich, kannten sich mit dem Türsystem aus und konnten mir noch vor Ort einen Kostenvoranschlag stellen. Nach den veranschlagten zwei Wochen Lieferzeit für notwendige Ersatzteile wurde die Tür termintreu innerhalb einer Stunde repariert und funktioniert immer noch einwandfrei (zwei Monate seit Reparaturtermin). Das Einstellen meiner 10 Fenster war nach 10 Minuten erledigt und sie lassen sich einwandfrei öffnen und schließen. Bei zukünftigen Aufträgen werde ich definitiv wieder Firma Fenster Blick engagieren. 5/5 I hired Blick in mid-October 2020 to have my desolate balcony sliding door straightened, and to commission a window service. The very nice first contact by phone led to a personal conversation a few days later. The two craftsmen (including the boss) were knowledgeable and friendly, were familiar with the door system and were able to provide me with a cost estimate on site. After the estimated two-week delivery time for the necessary spare parts, the door was repaired on schedule within an hour and is still working perfectly (two months since the repair date). The setting of my 10 windows was done after 10 minutes and they can be opened and closed properly. For future assignments, I will definitely use the company window view again. 5/5

Chef kam mit einem Arbeiter und mega schnell ging die Reparatur von statten. Bin begeistert und kann die Firma wärmstens empfehlen. Ich bin als Neukunde gleich Stammkunde! After a super friendly, competent and informative phone call with the boss, we immediately get an appointment for the same day to repair the balcony door. Als wir die Techniker ersucht haben alles ins Haus mitzunehmen, damit, sobald die Techniker im Haus sind,wir unseren Hund im Garten wieder aus der Garage lassen können, haben sich die Techniker geweigert die Arbeiten durchzuführen. Ich verstehe, dass man Angst vor Hunden haben kann. Deshalb haben wir ihn ja auch weggesperrt. Kein Verständnis habe ich dafür, dass man nicht die Materialien ins Haus nehmen kann und dann auch aus Rücksicht auf den Hund nicht mehr hin und her muss. Ich denke Rücksicht und Verständnis muss immer auf beiden Seiten sein. We were asked to lock up our cute but large dog, which we did. When we asked the technicians to take everything into the house so that, as soon as the technicians were in, we could let our dog out of the garage in the garden, the technicians refused to carry out the work. I understand that dogs can be feared. That's why we locked him up. I don't understand that you can't take the materials into the house and then don't have to go back and forth out of consideration for the dog. I think consideration and understanding must always be on both sides.
