Kundenberater des Unternehmen geben sich in vielen Fällen als Bewohner eine Anlage aus um von anderen Anbietern Marktspionage zu betreiben, und andere Konkurenzunternehmen zu überholen. Very rude staff, very wrong. Talking behind your back as soon as you just walk out of the room. It's not about ability, but about who can crawl the boss and the boss best in the oars. Incredibly dubious, incompetent, one of the leaders can't even speak German properly. In many cases, the company's customer advisors pretend to be residents of a facility in order to pursue market espionage from other providers and to overtake other competing companies.
