A required preparation cannot be delivered, I was immediately recommended another preparation with the same active ingredients that was in stock. I am always very enthusiastic, the friendliness, competence and patience with which the employees approach the customers is remarkable. I was given the best advice every time and never had the feeling that I was simply "shouldered off". Take more time than most general practitioners.

Man Betritt das Geschäft und wird, in meinen Augen, immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kompetent behandelt inkl. Begrüßung mit Namen soweit bekannt ? ich mag es. Für mich kommt keine Bestellung in einer Online-Apotheke in Frage. My pharmacy! I live almost around the corner and I am totally satisfied! Very nice and competent employees. For me, a pharmacy is always like traveling back in time. You enter the shop and, in my opinion, you are always treated in a friendly, courteous and very competent manner, including greeting by name as far as known ? I like it. For me, an order in an online pharmacy is out of the question.

Wurde umfangreich über verschiedene Produkte die passend für meine Symptome waren beraten und es wurde nicht einfach nur das lukrativste verkauft. Hier zählt der Menschen und dessen Gesundheit noch am meisten! Zumal man als goodie dann noch Taschentücher und proben bekommen hat! Bin jedes Mal gerne doch Kunde und freue mich hineinzugehen und mit einem Lächeln die Apotheke wieder zu verlassen. Macht weiter so bitte und habt einen tollen Tag weiterhin! Super nice and competent team. Was extensively advised on various products that were suitable for my symptoms and not just the most lucrative one was sold.
