S	Sonja 777 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef ist sehr unfreundlich. Er lässt die Kunden seinen Frust spüren. Seine Mitarbeiterin sagte meiner Mutter dass ein Produkt nicht lieferbar sei, dass ist aber eine falsche Information laut Hersteller. Als wir versuchten ihn darauf anzusprechen sagte er : " wenn Ihnen gesagt wurde es ist nicht lieferbar dann ist es nicht lieferbar." So spricht man mit kranken Menschen nicht. Nachdem ich in der Apotheke angerufen habe, und dem Chef gesagt habe dass das Produkt einen österreichischen Vertrieb und sehrwohl auf der Apothekenliste ist, wurde dann erst das Produkt bestellt. The boss is very rude. He lets customers feel his frustration. His colleague told my mother that a product was not available, but that is wrong information according to the manufacturer. When we tried to speak to him, he said: "If you are told it is not available then it is not available." That's not how you talk to sick people. After I called the pharmacy and told the boss that the product is an Austrian distributor and very well on the pharmacy list, the product was only ordered.
M	Michaela Steinhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Apotheke arbeitet eine ältere Dame mit Brille (vielleicht die Chefin), die schon einige Male sehr unfreundlich und arrogant rüberkam und schon öfters Probleme machte! Mein HA hat für mich ein Rezept auf die ELGA geladen - und lt. seiner Auskunft kann ich dieses Rezept in ganz Wien abholen UND einlösen - nur besagte Mitarbeiterin "wußte" nicht, was sie mit diesem Rezept anfangen sollte - ohne Unterschrift vom Arzt könnte es ja auch eine Fälschung sein ?‍♀️ ... Diese Art der Einlösung hat übrigens noch in jeder anderen Apotheke geklappt! Nun meine Frage: Behandeln Sie alle Ihre Kunden so herablassend und unfreundlich? Sagen Sie mir doch beim nächsten Mal ins Gesicht, daß Sie mich nicht bedienen wollen - dann kann ich Ihnen sagen, daß Sie eine frustrierte, gemeine Hex sind! An elderly lady with glasses (maybe the boss) works in this pharmacy, who has come across as very unfriendly and arrogant a few times and has often caused problems! My HA has loaded a prescription for me on the ELGA - and according to his information I can collect AND redeem this prescription anywhere in Vienna - only the said employee "didn't know" what to do with this prescription - it could do it without a signature from the doctor yes also be a fake ?‍♀️ ... This type of redemption has worked in every other pharmacy! Now my question: do you treat all of your customers so condescendingly and unkindly? Next time tell me to my face that you don't want to serve me - then I can tell you that you are a frustrated, mean witch!

Unter anderem werden z.b. günstigere Präparate empfohlen, die gleiche oder sogar bessere Wirkung haben, aber halt nicht im Fernseher oder Radio Werbung machen. Und (bezugnehmend auf die vorige Rezension): wer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und Respekt reingeht, wird auch freundlich und respektvoll empfangen. Very nice competent employees. Among other things, e.g. cheaper preparations are recommended that have the same or even better effect, but do not advertise on TV or radio. And (referring to the previous review): if you enter with a friendly smile and respect, you will also be welcomed in a friendly and respectful manner.
N	NestorWien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unmöglicher Verkäufer (jüngerer) mit Glatze und Brille . Meint frech mir erklären zu müssen was Höflichkeit ist . Ich betrete das Geschäft mit dem Handy am Ohr und Grüße und möchte meine Ware abholen, die ich bezahlt habe und bekomme zur Aussage . Telefonieren können sie draußen , haben sie kein Benehmen. Habe den Inhaber verlangt , welcher Ausreden findet um seine Mitarbeiter in Schutz zu nehmen. Diese Filiale kann ich somit nicht weiterempfehlen und werde dort sicher nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Zu ihrem Kommentar...bestätigt nur was ich schon erwähnt habe. Halten sie ihrem Personal nur die Stange. Irgendwann werden ihnen ihre Ausreden schon ausgehen. Und ob ich kein Benehmen habe ist sehr wohl frech und sie waren beim Vorfall nicht anwesend ,somit haben sie das präpotente Auftreten ihres Mitarbeiters gar nicht mitbekommen. I enter the shop with my cell phone to my ear and say hello and want to pick up my goods, which I have paid for and get a statement. They can make phone calls outside, they have no behavior. I asked the owner, who found excuses to protect his employees. I can therefore not recommend this branch and I will certainly not go shopping there again. On your comment ... only confirms what I said before. Just hold the rod to your staff. At some point they will run out of excuses. And whether I am not behaving is very cheeky and you were not present at the incident, so you did not even notice the prepotent demeanor of your employee.

Da mir die Tabletten ausgehen und der nächste Kontrolltermin erst in der nächsten Woche ist hat mir die Veterinärmedizinische Universtität Wien das Rezept der Mail gesendet ( auch wegen Corona ). Beim bestellen war der Ausdruck von Rezept kein Problem aber am nächste Tag beim abholen meinte der Apotheker er kann es mir nicht aushändigen da ich es ja schon mehrmals holen konnte . Mit dieser Aussage bezichtigte er mich das ich die Medikamente meines Hundes nehme um mich zu berauschen. Einfach nur traurig und unverschämt . Once and never again. I needed medication for my dog who had epilepsy. Since I run out of pills and the next check-up is only in the next week, the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna has sent me the prescription in the mail (also because of Corona). When ordering, the printout of the prescription was not a problem, but the next day when I picked it up, the pharmacist said he couldn't hand it over to me because I had already been able to get it several times. With this statement he accused me of taking my dog's medication to get intoxicated. Just sad and outrageous.
G	Gaphu Sale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophalste Apotheke in Wien. Die Mitarbeiter haben ungefähr soviel Ahnung von ihrem Job, wie ein Kellner vom Hantieren mit Chirurgen-Werkzeug. Endlos lange Wartezeiten zu jeder Tageszeit, Medikamente die ich überall anders und auch schon hier ohne Rezept bekommen habe, benötigen plötzlich eins, ohne Begründung, mit der frechen Bitte noch bei 40 Grad "einfach einen Termin beim Hausarzt auszumachen", als ob ich um Opiate gebeten hätte. Die alte Frau mit der Brille sollte sich ebenfalls mal einer Mitarbeiter-Schulung unterziehen, vor allem in puncto Freundlichkeit, oder einfach ab in die Pension, sieht so aus als ob sie es gebrauchen könnte. Alles in allem würde ich sogar 0 Sterne geben wenn möglich. Danke für Nichts. Most catastrophic pharmacy in Vienna. The employees know about as much about their job as a waiter knows about handling surgical tools. Endlessly long waiting times at any time of the day, drugs that I got everywhere else and even here without a prescription, suddenly need one, without justification, with the cheeky request at 40 degrees "just make an appointment with the family doctor", as if I were asking for opiates would have asked. The old woman with the glasses should also undergo employee training, especially in terms of friendliness, or just go to the pension, looks like she could use it. All in all, I would even give 0 stars if possible. Thanks for nothing.

Die Herrschaften machen sich über Kundenwünsche lustig und äffen jene sogar hörbar verbal nach. Einfach furchtbar da drinnen. Gott sei Dank gibt's in der Umgebung Apotheken wo man wirklich freundlich als Kunde behandelt wird. The employees are unfriendly and also quite arrogant, like the young lady with the colorful face mask who served me today. The gentlemen make fun of customer requests and even mimic them verbally. Just awful in there. Thank God there are pharmacies in the area where you are treated really friendly as a customer.
