M	Marcel Houdek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrte Frau Baneria, da in der Apotheke der Gesetzliche Mindestabstand eigehalten werden und zusätzlich die Glas scheiben vorhanden ist, besagt die Apothekerkammer das keine Verpflichtung zum tragen der Maske für die Angestellten besteht. Des weiteren möchte ich ein großes Lob an die Apotheke ausrichten, auch in der schwierige Zeit unter enormen stress, ist das Gesamte Personal immer zu vorkommend und sehr höfflich. Auch für eine Beratung wird sich immer genug Zeit genommen, damit ich als Kunde immer das Gefühl bekomme das ich in den richtigen Händen bin und mit dem Richtigen Produkt ausgestattet werde. Eine weitere Anmerkung möchte ich noch abgeben, die Apotheke hat reichlich bestand des Produktes Neo Citran. Trotz Schwangerschaft und Termin für Covid Test bekamm ich lediglich ein "hinten anstellen" ins Gesicht geschrien obwohl die restlichen 9 Kunden nicht für einen Corona Test dort waren. Keine Beschilderung oder eigene Warteschlange für Corona Test verfügbar Zusätzlich nie lagernde Produkte - sogar Neocitran und Renni mussten bestellt werden. Teilweise extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Absolut letztklassig At least 9 customers were in the pharmacy at the time. It is not possible to comply with distance rules. Despite my pregnancy and the appointment for a Covid test, I only got a "queue up" shouted in my face even though the remaining 9 customers weren't there for a corona test. No signage or separate queue for Corona test available In addition, products never in stock - even Neocitran and Renni had to be ordered. Sometimes extremely unfriendly employees. Absolutely last class

Erscheint steinzeitlich und sicher nicht gut für Datenqualität & Mitarbeiter müssen auch alles doppelt erfassen - soll am Montag behoben sein. Mal sehen, dann gibt's noch einen Stern ;) Nice, PCR test in 5 minutes. Laboratory connection only by means of xls .... Seems like Stone Age and certainly not good for data quality & employees also have to record everything twice - should be fixed on Monday. Let's see, then there's another star;)
D	Doc Holiday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mich stört vor allem das es fast immer staut da die Mitarbeiter dahinschlendern und oft nicht wissen wo was liegt, ebenso werden meine (ich lese das sehr viele dieses Problem schildern) Medikamente immer bestellt obwohl ich sie seit 3!!!Jahren dort beziehe. Leider sind sie die einzigen in meiner nähe, sonst würde ich sicher nicht mehr hier einkaufen (0,50 cent für ein Papiersackerl obwohl man Medikamente im wert von über Hundert Euro im Monat Bestellt) leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben um meine Rezension zu Schreiben. minus 1 wäre trefflicher :( What bothers me most is that it almost always jams because the employees stroll around and often do not know where what is, also my (I read that many describe this problem) drugs are always ordered even though I have been getting them there for 3 !!! years. Unfortunately, they are the only ones in my area, otherwise I would certainly not shop here anymore (0.50 cents for a paper bag although you order medicines worth over one hundred euros a month) unfortunately I have to assign a star to write my review. minus 1 would be more excellent :(

Während man bei gefühlt 300% Luftfeuchtigkeit und 40° darauf wartet, dass man dran kommt, lassen sich die Mitarbeiter*innen erstmal Zeit bis sie einem mitteilen, dass ohnehin alles bestellt / angemischt werden muss. Wenn ich für jedes Medikament einen Tag warten muss, kann ich gleich auch online bestellen. Worst pharmacy ever! While you wait for your turn at what feels like 300% humidity and 40 °, the employees first take their time before they tell you that everything has to be ordered / mixed anyway. If I have to wait a day for each drug, I can also order online right away.

Gute Beratung, allerdings kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen da sich hier Zeit für den Kunden genommen wird! Trotz Gebäudesanierung immer ein sauberes Geschäft! Pcr Tests werden nach Voranmeldung im Hinterzimmer durchgeführt! Wenn man es eilig hat sollte man vorher anrufen um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen und das Rezept eventuell per fax schicken! Ich fühle mich hier gut beraten und aufgehoben! Danke! Very nice pharmacy! Big sales room! Nice employees and very nice Mrs. Magister!
