Das nenne ich zeitsparendes kompetentes Service! Very friendly! Lots of doctors upstairs in the house, then immediately redeemed all prescriptions on the ground floor. Perfect! Ich verstehe es gibt "Ratten" aber ich bin immer höflich, berufstätig und arbeite über 15 Jahre als Verkäufer. Sobald ich sage "Substitution", werde ich nicht mehr gegrüßt, nicht angeschaut, es gibt kein Bitte oder Danke. Und schnippische Antworten. Leider ist es ( weil ich öfters umgezogen bin ) schon die 4. Apotheke. Immer das gleiche. Lernt man das als Apotheker in der Ausbildung oder wie? Gleichzeitig kosten die Medikamente ziemlich viel, auch wenn es die Krankenkasse übernimmt, also das "WIR" etwas gratis bekommen, daran kann es nicht liegen. Zum Glück bin ich jetzt seit Jahren bei einer Apotheke die mich besser kennen und werde , je nach Mitarbeiter, eher besser als Kunde behandelt. Aber diese Apotheke war echt die unfreundlichste. Fortunately, I've been at a pharmacy for years now that knows me better and, depending on the employee, is treated better as a customer. But this pharmacy was really the most unfriendly. Unfortunately.

Was nicht auf Lager ist wird in kürzester Zeit besorgt. Man kann vorab telefonisch bestellen und dann abholen. Ich fühle mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben und gehe sehr gerne hin.
